I've been using Windermere Pool Services for repair work for about the last 5 years. My single speed motor recently gave up the ghost and Windermere Pool Services quickly fit me in the schedule for a replacement. Alyssa just came out and put in a new Hayward variable speed motor and did an awesome job. She messaged me ahead of her arrival, was professional and clearly knew what she was doing. After installation, she walked me through the new settings and ensured I was satisfied with everything. Ask for Alyssa (or Don...he's great too). A+ service!

We have used Windermere Pool Service for over 10 years now. We are pleased with their weekly cleanings & also with the repairs. The office always returns our calls & is prompt in scheduling service calls.

Windermere Pool Services has been amazing! After purchasing a home last year we signed up for their services and they did not disappoint. Their staff is always wonderful to speak with and addresses concerns and repairs extraordinarily fast. They call immediately if they notice an issue and how we can address it. I know that they have saved me from having to replace expensive equipment by being proactive to issues going on with my pool. My pool is always beautiful and they even sent my favorite pool man Don out to go over how the pool equipment works when we first moved in. Top notch business! If you ever have the opportunity to talk to Hannah, Danny, Wes or Don, just know you are talking to the best Central Florida has to offer!

Just hade my old DE filter changed for a new one. The job was done quickly, area was cleaned and they took their time to explain the operation of the new unit. Very professional; my experience with Windermere Pools is always great. By the way, Jimmy is top notch- highly recommend.

What a fantastic company not only are they thorough but the communication is A+. Jimmy is fantastic as far as diagnostic helping with any kind of repair and troubleshooting equipment. I would not recommend any other pool service than Windemere pools. You guys are exceptional.

Windermere Pool Services has been amazing! We switched to Windermere Pool Services a few months ago, due to poor service and lack of knowledge. Windermere Pool Services has been a breath of fresh air. Our pool guy, Devin, comes weekly and does a thorough job, not only that, but the manager does regular check-ins to make sure everything is running smoothly. Their communication is 5 star. When we had hurricane, they informed us (via email and a note) of when our pool would be serviced next, so we were always in the loop. We have been able to use our pool with confidence, knowing that the levels are good and safe for our family. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who ask. *we have a salt water pool*

We’ve use Windermere Pool Services for 25 years and they continue to offer excellent service. Recently had the pool motor replaced and their excellent technician, Jimmy, did a great job tearing down the motor to show the damage and explaining next steps. The parts came in early and he replaced it the next day. Highly recommend.

Windermere pools has been very good to us! We’ve been using them for over 5 years. In that time, we’ve only had 2 pool guys. They seem to keep their employees happy. Gian Carlos is who we have now and he’s diligent and friendly. Anytime we’ve had a problem with our older equipment, they’ve been able to come out promptly to either fix or replace. We never feel taken advantage of like we have felt with other pool companies. Windermere pools is a great company to have service your pool!

First off, I will say they keep the pool water clear regularly! But unfortunately I was at home on a day when the pool service showed up. I was surprised for it was a day when Hurricane Idalia was coming to an end, that they were even here. I noticed their truck in the yard and was happy to see the pool would be getting serviced. However, a short time later I noticed the truck gone. I figured they must have left due to some rain. But I noticed one of their service cards on the patio table stating the pool was serviced, to include filter being cleaned and baskets checked to name a few. I noticed the pump was bubbling profusely and to my dismay, the skimmer was filled with leaves and the service was never done! There are still leaves at the bottom of the Pool!! The filter was never cleaned as indicated and I don't think chemicals were added. Security cameras don't lie. I have also attached photos taken within an hour after they left. I don't like to take the time to post bad reviews, but when I called the office, the man I spoke with was not at all apologetic and tried to blame it on the weather offering no other assistance. Very unprofessional and Unacceptable, Hence why I feel this review in order. Maybe they will do the right thing and send someone out within 24 hours to rectify the situation. We shall see...

1 Day Later..I'm not going to ramble on incessantly here. Fact is, All of the services listed on their card were Not performed. That is flat out dishonesty. It is not just a matter of leaves at the bottom of the pool, but a basket filled with leaves that could have burned up the pump due to all of the air being sucked in to the system which was evident from the Large bubbles coming from one of the main jets. There was no attempt the following day to rectify the situation allowing me to have a change of heart regarding my review.

We switched to Windermere Pool Service about 4 months ago because our last pool service wasn’t doing a great job at all. We are so glad we found Windermere Pool Service. They are amazing! Katie does a fantastic job cleaning our pool. She is very thorough. The few times I’ve had to talk to her about a few technical issues with our pool (not caused by her), she has always been very sweet and very helpful. She attends to the issue immediately. Anytime we’ve had technical issues, they send someone out immediately to get it looked at. When we had to go out of town, I called up and Katie had no problem coming a day early to clean the pool before we left. They’re very accommodating. All in all, this is a great pool service and we have a great pool cleaner. We know our pool is well taken care of and in good hands.

We’ve been using Windermere Pools for the past 11 years. They are very knowledgeable and always look for a solution when it comes to normal maintenance repairs rather than immediately saying to purchase new. They are honest, reliable and keep everything running smoothly. Our pool looks beautiful! We highly recommend them!

Over the weekend we in Ocoee experienced heavier than normal winds which blew leaves and petals from shrubs inside the screened in pool area into our pool. I was embarrassed and wanted to remove the leaves by skimming the surface of my pool but remembered that my pole had broken many years ago. But not to worry because my Windermere pool technician team of Katie and Bo came today and ensured that my pool was sparklingly clean. It’s so wonderful to be supported by young and awesome pool technicians. My pool looks so inviting that I am tempted to take a dip 🥶🥶 but it’s only 65 degrees. If I had the company of my grandkids I would indeed brave a dip today. Thank you 🫵🏿🤣😂 Katie and Bo. 🙏🏿.

Windermere Pool Services is an excellent company which has handled our pool cleaning for a number of years. All the techs have been good, but Bo, our most recent tech, is great! He has gone above and beyond to make sure our pool is in top condition.

Their pricing is reasonable, in line with other service providers. I recommend using them.
