Ivy did an absolutely outstanding job assisting us with the selections of our house remodeling. We did all the floors in the house, kitchen and master bath counter tops, master bath tile through Kiba Studios and Flooring America. Ivy helped coordinate all of the colors and surfaces and the final product is even better than we could have imagined. She was very responsive when we needed assistance throughout the selection and installation. A project of this size always has a few complications, and Ivy was always there to get us to the next steps. I would highly recommend her services. She is helpful, knowledgeable and listens to the customer. Thank you Ivy and Flooring America for our beautiful "new" house.

Just completed a second remodeling job with this outstanding company. Designer, Ivy, helped me through the process of choosing a beautiful kitchen countertop, sink, cabinet, and backsplash. Omar and his team did a flawless job installing backsplash, moving plumbing and electrical. I was impressed with the communication, highly skilled workmanship, and cleanup and all for a competitive price. I highly recommend this company!

We had a wonderful experience talking to Ivy about our new project. She is very knowledgeable and gave us some very creative ideas for our new kitchen. We will definitely be doing our project with her in the near future.

Had a project to retrofit an old 65 year old plumbing system. Initially had to wait in line for 15 minutes or so but when I got service the reps at the desk lost interest in helping me and went on to another customer leaving me standing there? Not impressed

The manager was very professional and up front about visible and potential damage due to water related damages and how these issues would be addressed/resolved.

Our washing machine caused water damage, and our insurance company insisted on three quotations before allowing us to begin repairs. These guys arrived, and of all our estimates, they were the only ones who were professional and showed up on time! They calmed us down and gave us all the details!
