Our pipes backed up over the weekend and when i called in the late afternoon, these guys were able to come out the next morning! Super quick and efficient! Terry and Steven were extremely professional and did a terrific work fixing tge back up we had. They were respectful and worked quickly to make sure everything works properly. Now I can rest easy that if anything else was to happen, A Plumber & Associates, Inc. will take care of it! Would definitely recommend their services! 😊

Both my toilets were not flushing and backing up in my shower. I texted Terry at 9:45pm on a Thursday night and he had Thomas at my house the next day. Thomas was professional, took his time to thoroughly investigate and fix the issue without rushing. He confidently knew what to do and made sure he didn't leave any mess behind. I reached out to Terry on a Saturday night via text because my dishwasher was backing up. I sent 2 photos of under my sink and right away Terry responded and knew the issue. He troubleshooted with me via text and phone and I fixed the problem myself. He told me he didn’t feel comfortable charging me a high weekend service call fee for a simple fix I could do myself! He offered to come Monday if I couldn’t figure it out but it was so simple! He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and acts with utmost professionalism and integrity! Thank you for saving money and providing free advice on your own time! Would highly recommend and know who I will call for any future plumbing concerns!!!

Can’t recommend this business enough! We needed to have a toilet reinstalled after changing out our flooring. Called Terry and he was actually able to have his technician Steven come out the same day! Steven was great! So personable and professional. He explained everything to us. Amazing! Prices were reasonable, too!

Terry always answers the phone right away which is great when you have an emergency leak. You are talking to a real plumber who is very experienced. He sent over Justin who was very knowledgeable and fair. A completely trustworthy person which was great who skillfully fixed the problems with my kitchen sink plumbing. Alpha plumbing has provided me with excellent service on our most recent repiping for our house. The owner was quick to respond, and came out same day to provide an inspection after a pipe burst in our home. He was not pushy and provided a genuinely caring personality during the experience. I personally chose to repipe the house to avoid further problems. The team that came out to complete the job was very respectful and completed the work efficiently. If anyone is looking to have a similar job done I would greatly recommend this company.

Called them over the weekend and they were out first thing Monday. they came up with better ideas to fix the leak that was happening under my driveway. The work was done well and in 1 day they even had to cut threw my driveway to make a path for new pipe (leak was under the drive way too but the path was not good) I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Terry answered the phone basically on the first ring. I explained to him my conditions with my main water service and he told me he could get his team out right away. Once his team arrived they quickly excavated and found the best way to solve my problem. Thomas’s work is so clean and thorough that he even corrected some other problems I didn’t know I had. I am so glad I called them. If you’re in a pinch like I was give these guys a call they will get you out of it.

Terry has done numerous jobs for me over the years. Big and small doesn’t matter the size he always comes through. But it’s when you’re really in a pickle that this company shines. He sent Justin to our rescue this time to repair the water line to our home, and all of the technicians are great!

Can't believe I haven't left these folks a glowing review. Terry and his team replumbed my house in 2017 and they are absolutely the only plumber I will call. Reasonably priced, fast, quality work. I really like Terry seems to mentor and teach the young men working under him. It was a system that worked great for hundreds of years and I wish more tradesmen took the time to teach their craft. I just had them replace my water main and it is working fantastic!

Other plumbers didn’t want to come on a Saturday unless there was a pipe issue. I called A Plumber & Associates and told them my mother-in-law was coming and that we needed her bathroom to work. They sent somebody out quickly named Thomas. He was amazing and he helped fix the problem and left everything nice and neat the way it was totally recommend A Plumber & Associates.

The owner was super nice and helpful. He sent a plumber to me that evening. The plumber whos name was Thomas was awesome! He addressed and fixed the problem no issues. I would highly recommend as the pricing was also fair!

These guys are my go to for plumbing concerns. Fairly priced and very knowledgeable Thomas and Terry are dependable to identify the problem and quickly arrive at a solution. Will not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Terry was very helpful in sending someone out to stop a big water flood from my kitchen sink water valve which had completely broken from my water supply line and wouldn’t stop fully running causing a huge flood throughout my entire residence promptly. The company “Damage Control” was also sent out to place equipment to dry up and resolve the leak presently and the following day. He also walked me through on providing instructions on getting in contact and providing my homeowner’s insurance policy to help cover for claims and additional damage that has occurred. Definitely gave me relief on short notice. Thanks for everything and would recommend to someone else requiring services.

I’ve been using Terry for three years and he has always provided quick and excellent service. Just today he walked me through how to unclog a toilet over the phone saving me both time and hundreds of dollars. And this is not the first time he has offered to help over the phone instead of trying to come over himself and charge me. I 1000%
