Techs were not prepared when arrived. Took 2 hours because they had to go back to their office to get leak detector then charged my mom $300 to find a leak in 10 mins. And the owner then would not even speak to my mom about the techs charging her for the drive to the offices do back to her residence. He plainly stated that “she was trying to get something for nothing ”. Very unprofessional from start to finish! Also the customer service rep lied about pricing.☹️

I had told them the problem, when the plumber got there he verified the problem and tighted the valve that was leaking all within 45 seconds of pulling in the driveway. He said, that will be $150, and went to write up the receipt. I asked what we should do if it stays to leak again. He said we would have to change the valve. I asked why we shouldn't just change the valve now. He said, he didn't know if he had the part, but he checked and he had one. He changed the valve in about 10 minutes and charged me $35 additional for the part. AWESOME! My complaint is that he should have changed the valve without me asking. If I wasn't assertive I would have paid to have a 17 year old valve tightened. If he would have changed it without me asking him to do the obvious thing, I would have given five starts and would be a happy loyal customer. Instead I don't trust this company to be honest.

Not recommended. Hired them to unclog a toilet at my office because I wanted to support a local small business. They charge by the hour but don't disclose up front that it's a separate charge per person if there are two employees there. They spent half the time yelling on their phones, disturbing everyone in the entire office and not actually working. When they finally finished, they took twice as long and charged twice as much than anyone I've hired to unclog a toilet before. I tried calling the office twice to see if anything could be done about this outrageous bill or at least explain what was so difficult about this situation that took so long or cost so much with no response. I was still waiting for a call back when shortly after I receive a certified letter saying they are putting a lien on the building for non-payment and they also sent a copy to my landlord. Now my landlord thinks I don't pay my bills! Thanks a lot. I called and paid it over the phone to get it over with and expressed my frustration about what happened. The woman who took my payment seemed nice but still nothing was done and no call back. I will never use this business again.

Terrible driver almost killed me on the turnpike do not hire at all

Quick and efficient. I'm new to the area and needed replacement immediately in my unit. They called me the next morning after inquiring, showed up the following day, and the third day after that I got a new unit. Great group and so helpful!

Another A/C company left me in the lurch with water running in from the ceiling into the house like a rainforest
They had been paid in-full . Told me to turn off the unit and I would have to wait for them to come back whenever they had time.
“A/C 101” When you installed A/C common sense, they should’ve blown out the drain lines before they left to make sure they were unplugged

Fearing that the ceiling would collapse with all the water coming down
So I started calling around for help. ASR A/C company told me they would be to my house in an hour to blow out the A/C drain lines and they were there in 30 minutes
I’m on a very tight fixed income. He charged me a very fair price to do the blowout.
His 70-year-old dad was with him. It was amazing watching both of them get the job done
This father and son duo are fantastic caring courteous and polite it just makes your heart melt

ASR is a father and son business. My ac had a leak on an extremely hot day. I reached out to a few ac companies and this company was the first one to promptly replied. They were on time, efficient, fast and affordable. Going forward this is the company that I will continue to call upon, I highly recommend ARS if you need to fix, maintain or replace your ac.

I highly recommend ASR Services for HVAC needs! After being told I needed to spend $12k replacing my current unit, I was recommended to call ASR for a second opinion and I am so glad I did. They were able to troubleshoot my AC problems, provide a temporary fix and followed up the next day to solve my problem without any pressure to replace my unit. They also have great annual maintenance plans to inspect and service my unit each fall to keep it running smoothly. Javon and his team were so helpful and kind while in my home too and were very communicative when setting up the appointments and notifying me on their arrival times. ASR services came out and did a quick and fast repair on my Hvac system. They came out a few hours after a phone call and had my unit up and running in no time.

My name is Crystal Buckles and I always have excellent service from this company. No matter when i call they come the same day or the next day which usually falls on a weekend. Very friendly and feel that he is reasonably priced. Not sure why this is coming up under my sister’s name🙂
