John the arborist was wonderful to work with. He understood that we only wanted to take the tree down if it was a danger to our home and gave us good information to make our decision. The crew came the next day and very efficiently removed the 55 foot Laurel Oak in a very short time with little or no mess or debris. The company has exceptional equipment including cranes, lifts and a grappling hook which made this go very smoothly and safely. The crew was outstanding and very professional. We would definitely recommend them and already have!

This is the third time we have used Central Florida Arborcare in almost a decade and the service, as usual, was second to none. Tom came out to quote the job. He was on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable and he understood exactly what I wanted to have done. Chris, Jesse, Paul and Steven who came out to do the work were punctual, professional and courteous, and they took great care when working over my roof and around my plants. Chris and Jesse have years of experience and know everything there is to know about the trees they were working on. They discussed with me where cuts were to be made on the downward growing oak tree limbs and on the crepe myrtle branches that needed to be trimmed away from the roof. They took off no more than I had asked for and made sure I was completely satisfied with each tree they trimmed. Paul and Steven promptly cleared away the removed branches and debris as Chris and Jesse worked and they left my yard and the road in front of my house neat and tidy. Sheila was extremely helpful every step of the way with scheduling, signing agreements and taking payment. This company is not the cheapest around but it is certainly not over-priced, and the work performed was worth every penny. I highly recommend Central Florida Arborcare.

I cannot say enough good things about Central Florida Arborcare, i would give them a 100 stars if i could. I recently had tree work performed work at my home and i was impressed! The crew was very nice and professional, they cleaned up all the debris. If you need a good tree company you NEED to have them perform the work. Steve Ogden is wonderful and very knowledgeable, he will not try to sell you what you do not need. If i ever need a tree company in the future i will definitely call them again.

My initial engagement with Central Florida Arbor Care took place when I met Preston who is the Estimator. He was patient, kind and most importantly informative. He was also very detailed and took time to ensure that he captured every aspect of the scope of work. Once I got the information that I needed Preston scheduled my appointment. In all, the team that came to my residence cut down 3 camphor trees. It wasn't an easy job because they have minimal yard access due to the narrow access space. Matthew was the tree cutter and he did a phenomenal job. He is a true master tree cutter, and the team working with him was excellent as well. Jose, Luis, Shane and Charles were the gentlemen that made up the rest of the team. Everyone gave top notch customer service and the pride that was taken in their work was evident. There was no debris in the neighbors yard and everything was executed to spec. I will also add that they did an amazing job cleaning up as well. The only evidence of Central Florida Arbor Care being there was the fact that 3 trees were gone lol. I would recommend them to anyone who values superb customer service and high quality work. After Hurricane Milton blew through, I discovered the 80-ft oak next to our house had cracked all the way down the trunk to the ground and was one gust away from crashing onto the roof. I called the next day on a Saturday afternoon and Bill promptly called me back. After I explained the urgency of the situation, he said he would be there in 30 minutes.
Bill and his team of experts came together on a plan to safely bring down the tree without having to use a crane, which saved me thousands. He emailed me a quote which I accepted and his team showed up promptly the next morning at 7:45am as promised. Within half a day, the tree was safely removed, the stump was ground up, and all of the tree debris removed. Bill also discovered another tree that was cracked at the rear of the house and stabilized it. He said he'll return soon to survey the other trees and come up with a plan.

Having just purchased a vacant lot in the city of Edgewood, we wanted to get a head start on preparing the land for new home design. Although the vacant lot was mostly clear, we had several sizable decaying laurel oaks, camphors, and tall queen palms to remove still. One of the large laurel oaks had fallen against a beautiful live oak that was *not* to be harmed. Also, the two trees were near power lines as well, making for a tricky removal. I contacted several tree services that had arborists on staff since our city requires a tree removal permit requiring an arbor report. Most of the arborists I met we friendly, but only one was *clearly* outstanding and won our business immediately (we didn't even get all the quotes yet). Sometimes you just have a "gut" feeling that this is the company you want to go with, and Steve Ogden from Central Florida Arborcare was our man. Steve is an incredibly friendly and knowledgable arborist that emanates the feeling of trust. I had read many great reviews about CFA, and they have been around a long time.

Now on to the job! Removing trees (properly that is) takes a bit of pre-work as well. Many cities go to great lengths to protect the landscape in their boundaries and rightfully so. CFA made it easy to obtain the proper permits and approval from our city, and this is the advantage of choosing a service that has a full-time arborist aboard as permitting required an arbor report. A week later, the crew arrived fully prepared with all the different trucks and equipment to handle the job correctly. The team was amiable and quickly established the feeling that they were there to do the job requested and process any requests. I made sure not to micro-manager (please, don't do that), and in return, I felt like I was part of the crew. It was a big job, but they handled it perfectly! I'm sure a couple more trees will need to trimmed or removed on once the house plans are complete, and I *WILL* be using them! Lastly, I want to thank ALL the people I got to work with at CFA, including Steve, Sheila, Cassidy, John, Lee, and the rest of the crew that were so busy that I didn't get their names (sorry). Please make sure to call CFA for an estimate. You won't be disappointed!

Thank you for the quick response in saving our home. You and your team put us on the front burner at a moment's notice. You made us feel important. You looked at our tree on Monday night in the rain and was cutting it down Tuesday morning. Not only that, we were sitting at our new picnic table by 4:00 in the afternoon. Brian Esparza, Director of Operations, came as scheduled, gave me an estimate for the work we agreed needed to be done. It was a good price, the work and cleanup was very well done as scheduled, and they offered a payment plan I could manage. Though this was my first experience with them, Brian and Zachary, the crew foreman, Stacy and Sophia in the office, and the whole crew were friendly, professional, and treated me like a long time customer with a valuable account. I'll definitely be calling them in the future.

I needed some limbs on my neighbor’s tree trimmed back. There hung over my shed and caused my pool to fill with leaves constantly. West trees came out and trimmed the limbs so they were off my shed, cleaned up the mess and they were very efficient and polite. I would recommend them for any of your tree trimming and removal of. I called at 4:30 AM the night of hurricane Milton and they answered the phone!! They came the very next day and completely cleared out seven trees! One took out my pool screen and one punctured my roof. They were timely, professional, cleaned up absolutely everything raked up my yard took all the debris! I highly recommend this company. West Tree has always been my go-to tree removal service and I will continue to use them if the need arises. They are on time, complete the task efficiently, and clean up by removing all debris. The workers are respectful and courteous. However, this time there were two things that I feel need to be brought to the attention of the supervisor. One, I have a decorative wooden bridge approximately 5 ft. long that the men removed in order to allow room for the equipment. The bridge was placed under some bushes but was not returned to its original spot. I had to maneuver it back into place which, because of its weight, was no easy task at my age. Two, as the equipment was moving into my back yard, it apparently hit my satellite dish which is no where near the target trees. This has resulted in no reception on my TV’s. Perhaps someone could have advised the driver and warned that the equipment was too close to the roof. I have insurance protection on the dish and this can be rectified within the week. Again, I want to say that I am pleased with the result of the job and will be using this company again. Just be more mindful of the little things that will really put your company over the top!

I needed some tree trimming for large oak tree branches hanging over the roof of my house. After getting several estimates, I chose West Tree Services in Ocoee. From the very beginning, Brian, the gentleman who provided the estimate, was fantastic and on point. The ladies in the office kept me informed about the scheduling and payment process. The gentlemen crew who trimmed my trees did an outstanding job, even cleaning up during a thunderstorm to ensure my house looked better than before they arrived. Just had West Tree Services come out and trim 4 oak trees and 1 magnolia tree. They did an awesome job. The guys were all professional and friendly. They communicated with me the whole time they were here on each tree to ensure I was satisfied. Definitely would recommend using them for any tree service needs. My boys also loved watching the big trucks.

After receiving and accepting a quote the same day, service was scheduled and performed the next day. They trimmed two Live Oak tress and removed a 50 ft tall Red Maple. I could see that the team was very experienced, were thorough, cleaned up everything and confirmed with me that I was satisfied before leaving. The price was reasonable and I would recommend their services to others.

Service was done well and promptly. My wife and I were happy with the results. Communication was a bit lacking, however.

They never responded to my initial email for a quote, however quickly responded once I filled out a second form on their website.

I didn’t realize they wouldn’t take debris same at the time of service. They told me a truck would come to pick it up. Being in an HOA controlled neighborhood I needed it removed promptly. The office assured me it should be done in 24 hours. It was actually more like 48 hours before removal occurred and there was a bit of random debris left win the spot they flicked up from.

All in all I would use West again, I will just organize with them in advance if debris removal timeliness if needed.
