These guys were amazing! They came out and took care of all my trees in a timely manner, very well organized and very fair pricing. I’m absolutely blown away with the job they did and how quickly they got it all done. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tree services!

This is the second time I've used West Tree Services, and I'm even more impressed with them than I was the first time. Scott West remembered the job they did for me 4 years ago, and gave me an extremely fair price for the work he quoted this time, even better than expected. The crew that did the work, especially Marco, the crew chief, were excellent, and Marco paid attention to every detail. The crew also did a very thorough clean up. I could not be more impressed with this company and its employees, and would never even consider calling another tree service in the future.

After living in Ocoee for a little over a year and going through some heavy storms we felt concerned over the two Washingtonian Palm trees in our front yard. Each was over 80' tall making it near impossible to maintain and trim off the fronds as they died. The storms would rip those fronds off and make them a liability for us. But it was the concern we shared over the trees maybe toppling on a neighbor's property or God forbid, someone. We needed professional help.
Our first choice was West Tree Services because we had seen them in action around town and what you saw was a well organized team of professionals. A couple of my neighbors had similar work down and it was done by two guys with a chainsaw. One cutting at the base and the other cutting it into smaller pieces. They did okay but were they insured? Doubtful. Was it the best plan to cut a 50' tree and let it come crashing down near a street and sidewalk? Probably not. And that's what I liked about the worksites I've seen with West Tree Services, they are well staffed and organized. There are no corners being cut, just trees.
It starts with a well informative consultation where a representative comes to inspect the situation and an arborist makes a recommendation. In our case the arborist advised us for removal as the trees were at a height making them both difficult to maintain and at risk of snapping due to them becoming very top heavy. I was also provided with a written arborists report affirming the need for these to be removed to satisfy both the town and my HOA.
We scheduled the removal for a week later and when they arrived it was a team of 5 PLUS a crane and operator. The crane was used to secure the trees as they were cut at the base and then gently move them to the street where they could be placed down safely. No "TIMBERS" necessary here. There they were cut and prepped for chipping. The stumps were then grinded down very much to my satisfaction. The whole operation was down in what seemed like an hour and performed with the precision of a top surgeon.
Look you get what you pay for. For some people they'll go to a hardware store parking lot and find a guy who will charge them $100 a tree. Yeah that kind of risk makes no sense to me. With West Tree Service you're getting a premium service and it's worth every penny.

These guys did a great job at trimming our large trees, shaping them and thinning them out. It was worth the effort to get them ready for hurricane season. Our trees are near 30 years old, so way too big for DIY anymore. It was also entertaining for us and the neighbors as they scurried around like a bunch of ants running around and in the bucket truck as they worked quickly to complete our job. Great job!

I had (2)VERY LARGE/ TALL pine trees removed along with (3) other trees from our property. We also had ALL the stumps ground down. West Tree Services did amazing! They had a VERY FAIR estimate for all the work compared to many other companies I requested quotes from. They scheduled it within a decent time frame and had the work all done in 1 day! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and also would use them again for any future tree work I need done!

We knew this year was the year we were going to have to tackle some very difficult trees in our backyard. That dread was wiped out after speaking with West Tree Services. The estimator that came out was friendly and put us at ease. We have 3 very large oaks in the back that have significant limb growth over our roof and I also needed 2 other smaller trees removed. Other companies had quoted us many MANY thousands of dollars to do the work. West came in well under the others, which gave me some concern if I'm being honest. But the estimator assured us and we decided to move forward. The crew arrived on time, communicated everything they were going to do, confirmed with me the scope of work before cutting and even did a small amount of additional trimming, "just cause we're here". I couldn't be happier with their work, the trees look great and they took care not to trash my backyard. They even swept up my back porch. I don't think I'll need much tree service for a couple years now, but when I do, I'll be coming back to West Tree Services.

I am very disappointed with this company. They cracked our sidewalk, and I told them how my mom who is 80 lives with us and how she walks on that sidewalk. Apparently it's on their contract that they are not responsible for damages to the sidewalk. Always read your contracts. It's definitely sloppy work for them to damage the sidewalk.

West Tree Service skilled crew created a different tree out of a large overgrown oak by trimming branches away from the roof, trimming off many other overgrown branches, and thinning out the tree in advance of heavy storms or a hurricane. I am so grateful. Fast, accurate work plus their cleanup of the area was excellent.
