Appliance Repair reviews in Odessa, Florida

I couldn’t say enough good things about Ivan.
He was personable, able to come out so fast, honest, and helpful. I’m so glad I picked up his information from our neighborhood page.

If you need someone to call Ivan is it.

Iván was great! He communicates well, is on time, is very professional, and gets the job done. He fixed our Kitchenaid Ice maker in no time. If you have an appliance problem, give him a call! A+

He was very courteous, clean, organized and meticulous when servicing my microwave. During the repair he was also very informative about what he was doing and his experience with similar equipment. His pricing was very fair for the services rendered and the technician was very professional. He did tell me that the part needed had to be ordered but the turnaround was very fast. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get quality workmanship at a very fair price. I will definitely use him again for all my appliance repair needs.

It is so incredibly refreshing to find someone who has a great work ethic, is kind, and provides quality service. I called Ivan on the Saturday after Christmas when my mothers dryer stopped turning. I live out of state and my mother does not have much help locally for this kind of stuff. I expected to have to leave a message to be answered on Monday. But Ivan picked up my call on a Saturday. He explained that he was booked up Monday and Tuesday but ended up making time to service my mothers dryer the very next morning (on a Sunday!) even though she wasn’t exactly local. He was punctual, up front on his pricing and process and was able to quickly repair my mothers dryer at a very reasonable and fair price. I’m always wary if I have to send someone to my mothers house without me being there. But he was an absolute gentlemen and very sweet and helpful per my mother. :) I really wish there were more businessmen and women like Ivan out there. He really went above and beyond and I’m so thankful! Thank you Ivan!

I have a under the counter Sedona/Lynx outdoor refrigerator that is 4 1/2 years old that stopped working. I called Ivan and he came out the next day and is extremely punctual and keeps you informed every step of the way. He needed to order the parts and came back 2 days later to install and get it back working. In my humble opinion he is one of the few professionals that actually cares and keeps his promises.

Ivan was great. He was able to come the next day after I called him. He fixed our dryer the following day just in time for Christmas overnight guest to arrive. He was professional and explained the issue and our options and the price was fair. I would definitely keep his number handy for future use and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Technician Ivan was great. He is very honest, decent and professional. Our refrigerator stopped cooling and we urgently needed help. We called him and he arrived a few hours after our call and instantly determined the cause of the breakdown. It was a compressor. We guessed about this, since our refrigerator gave us an error indicating a faulty compressor. Ivan gave us an estimate and we were very surprised at such a fair price and we immediately agreed. He left and came back the same day in the evening, replaced the compressor and our refrigerator is back in service and our products are saved. Also he fixed our ice maker and did not charge us any additional payment. Ivan, you are great! Excellent service! Thank you so much ! We highly recommend him to everyone and will definitely call him again!

Ivan has been out for repair on both our stove and dishwasher and we’ve had a great experience both times. Both times he fit us in for same day appointments, arrived In the scheduled timeframe and gave us a heads up via text when he was on his way. With the stove repair he was able to visit, order parts and install with a quicker turnaround than what GE had offered for an initial appointment. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ivan again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of having Ivan from Appliance Repair Professionals come out to address a refrigerator issue right before a hurricane was due to hit. Not only was his response timely, but he also arrived exactly when promised. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, Ivan managed to diagnose and rectify the problem within just an hour. The peace of mind he provided, especially during such a critical time, is truly invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend Ivan and will not hesitate to call upon his expertise in the future. A top-notch service!

Ivan was absolutely great! He got to my house in record time, and quickly resolved the issue with my refrigerator. Along with being extremely professional, his rates were very reasonable. I will definitely keep his info, and he will be my first and only choice when I need repair again. If I could give him 10 stars…I would! Give Ivan a call…he’s the man!

I am so glad I found Ivan! He is extremely responsive anytime I reach out, and his expertise has been very helpful with the few issues I’ve had recently. His pricing is also more than fair.

Will definitely be calling him for any appliance needs we have in the future. Highly recommend!

Washing machine fixed, over the phone, for free. THANK YOU, IVAN! I was about to dump my washing machine and buy a new one, but Ivan was able to diagnose the problem and walk me through the fix. Very honest and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

After experiencing refrigerator issues overnight, I reached out on Saturday morning. Within hours, Ivan was at my home. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was wrong, gave me a clear and fair price for repair, and performed the work same day. I highly recommend his services and agree with the 5-star reviews that have already been posted. We will definitely contact Ivan again if we have appliance issues!

Ivan is great at diagnosing an issue. He is now our go-to guy for appliance repair and would recommend him to anyone.

We had a great experience using ARPS. Ivan provided excellent service from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, explained the service of our refrigerator thoroughly and completed the job in an efficient and tidy manner. Will recommend and to anyone in need of appliance repair! Thanks again.

Ivan was extremely professional, arriving on time and was very thorough with explaining the problem. He suggested the most cost effective solutions. He is trustworthy and available the same day. I would not trust anyone else with my appliance repairs. Thank you for the great service!

My oven went out unexpectedly the night before last. I called Ivan yesterday and he told me he was able to come out the next day (today). Ivan was a great communicator and showed up in the time frame he quoted. He started working toward the problem immediately and was able to diagnose my issue very quickly. He was up front about what it could cost to fix with both parts and labor, and had the part with him ready to install. His cost was reasonable and he was very good to work with. I would use Ivan again and would highly recommend him for any appliance diagnosis/repair!

I called Ivan to come take a look at my refrigerator. He was able to accommodate me the very next day. Unfortunately, a work meeting ran behind and I was not going to make it home in time. He was kind, understanding and moved me to the following day. He was prompt, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and I will definitely call him again! Thank you, Ivan!!

Ivan has helped us a few times with our appliance repairs! He is very quick to respond, very knowledgeable and most importantly very honest. After reaching out our appliances were fixed within 24 hours! We will only use him for any of our appliance repairs. He has saved us a lot of frustration and money. Best guy in the business!!!

Absolutely outstanding experience! Ivan was super responsive, very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly determined the issue and had the parts to complete the repairs. When we found an additional issue, he quickly ordered more parts and installed the next day. While appliance repairs are not something enjoyable, Ivan made it easy and stress free. If we have any other repairs in the future, he will be out first call.

Ivan is honest, trustworthy and reliable, which is hard to find in an appliance repair professional these days. I highly recommend him to others. Another time he helped me via text troubleshoot a problem for no cost. Ivan is my go to for all my appliance repair needs.
