Ivan showed up the same day within hours of our washing machine breaking - he was on time & very professional. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Ivan was rude and condescending, and I'm really confused by all of the great reviews here. It took him less than 5 minutes to quote $400 for a refrigerator repair, but 20 minutes to leave when told to. $75 waste of money. Ripoff alert.

I had my Sub-Zero refrigerator repaired by these guys, and the service was top-notch. The technician was professional, wore shoe covers, was polite, and clearly explained the issue. The repair was done at a fair price. I definitely recommend this company.

I called Ivan the day my washing machine quit working and he was there the same day. He was able to temporarily fix my machine until he got the new part. I’ve never had such a pleasant, positive experience with an appliance repair and he charges very fairly! I will only call him for appliance repairs and am happy to share him with others! When our washer, dryer, and refrigerator had issues, he worked late to get everything running again as quickly as possible and followed up to make sure everything was working properly after the repairs. He also submitted a warranty claim with me to help save money. Great experience all around and I’ll use him again!

Excellent service! Our laundry machine stopped working and he responded quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and repaired it the same day. He was very respectful, clean, and clearly knows what he’s doing.
