If you're service goes fine then all is good if it goes bad Rick will not answer his phone and will ghost you will not claim responsibility for anything that goes wrong At that point you just might as well hire your friend that did electric work at his grandparents house 10 years ago,.. SAME DAMN THING!!!

On Time Electric provided great service and was very easy to communicate with. They showed up on time and fixed the electrical needs I had for a reasonable price.

Disappointing. Asked to checkout a simple electrical problem at a rental property. Without providing a quote, took it upon themselves to repair. The cost was nearly double the two other quotes. In the end they reduced the price 15% but it still cost me significantly more. The good? They were prompt and punctual.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE:
Seen OTE's ad in the Flyer magazine this morning and called Rick. After a brief description of what I needed done, he stated they could probably come out today. About 30-40 minutes later the Tech was knocking on the door. In about 40 minutes the job was done. Ran a home run (dedicated line) from the box to my microwave. Tech was great too. Would certainly use again. Thanks OTE

Do not use these guys! Made an appointment, never showed, never called me to reschedule. Reached out to Rick (owner), got no reply. Need to change name of your company to NOT On Time Electric.

Late for our appointment window, came to look at my hot water heater and breaker, since we had no hot water and our breaker kept tripping. Came an tightened a bolt in the heater, charged $149 ad left. I still have no hot water.

The worst customer service. We had el. work done by this company only to end up with the same problem later. When i called and mentioned it was something they've already worked on he hung up on me saying he'll call me later. Well he didn't. I called again the following day, left messages on both numbers, called again...no answer other then two texts saying "Can't talk right now." and"Call you back shortly" Never did. Ended up getting another electrician to deal with the problem. If this is how you treat your customers shame on you.

First they forgot the 8am appointment. When they rescheduled, they came 20 minutes late. They quoted $250 to add a dryer plug and then bumped it to $300 for putting a box in the wall that took 5 minutes. There's no reason to gouge customers but they clearly do.

I scheduled a service for a 2 hour window, took that time away from work, and nobody showed up. A courtesy call would have been nice that the electrician was running late, but that did not happen. I had to call to see what happened. Professionalism is lacking.

Very professional and superb workmanship. I will use them again.

I called at 10:00 am and they were there by 11:15! Rick and his employees have always been very professional and courteous. When called for service this company has always performed very well. I would recommend On Time Electric for any size job, large or small.

A friend whom highly recommended this company for an electrical issue I was having. Called for an appointment only to speak to a man who was rude aggravated not in interested in my call but made appt for the followng day. Made me wait all day for a no show /no call. And still hasnt had the common courtesy to call. Poor customer service. Will NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS BUSINESS. I'll be sure to update my friend on how "not so amazing" this guy is!!

Big relief! Thank you OTE for helping me out with my electrical issues at my new (old!) house. After having some issues with another local company, I didn't know who to call when OTE was recommended to me. We had a little hitch in the beginning, but Rick, the owner, called and insisted on getting my problem taken care of. He sent Tom out the next morning, and not only was Tom hilarious and nice, he obviously really knows his stuff. He not only fixed the original problem I was having, but when he discovered that one of our switches wasn't even grounded, he came up with a way to fix it without having to tear my ceiling and walls apart (I have a flat roof - so it was tricky!). And they were extremely reasonably priced - I thought it was going to cost me a fortune - but Tom's fix saved the day and my wallet. Thank you Rick, Tom and On Time Electric!

On Time Electric is a great company. They came to Bible Based Fellowship Church to help us with solving an issue with our lighting system. I haven’t worked with a more helpful and dedicated to actual solve our issue vendor in a long time. We highly recommend this group.

If I could I would give no stars at all.What a rip off. I called them to replace the WATER heater breaker. They charged $207.00 for a 25 dollar part at Lowe's. Took the guy 10 minutes to fix it.I questioned why so much he said it's an old style part and hard to get .Yet he had it right in his truck.
A week ago the breaker to the water heater tripped again. Well I discovered they replaced the HEATER breaker and not the water heater.It's even the wrong type breaker.

I called on a Friday night about 5:59pm and had no power. My electrical panel was bad. They showed up at my house at 8am Saturday morning and had me up and running with a new electrical panel within a few hours at a really reasonable cost! The tech's know what they are doing and even told us how to fix a minor problem with our well pump for free. I will definitely call them again when I need electrical work!

I live at Cove Cay there’s like 3000 units here. A couple people recommended your company. This is your prices were reasonable and y’all did good work. I could not agree more.
Michael came on Black Friday, which I could not get a hold of anybody anyways.
I was so relieved being a retired firefighter paramedic I had guests over and my electrical box is sparking and Buring!

Michael showed me and explain to Burn circuit breakers. He was also able to leave on some necessities I would need because it take a few days for him to get back. No problem at all. Do you have a very good employee that I would hang onto him. Because the next time I Call, or refer your company to another resident. I want to make sure Michael comes out. He’s a good kid!
