Love the techs that come out with this company. They have always been kind and helpful. I add a couple minor leaks Jacob was able to resolve in short order once he came by. This company is always my first call for plumbing issues in the area.

We had a fairly complex situation of not only needing a new water heater, but figuring out if our current water softener system was set up correctly (it wasn't) and then installing a new system that would soften water for the whole house. Jacob from Formula Plumbing was the consummate professional and expert, helping us assess if we should go tankless or tank for the water heater then getting us the right water softening system that was customized exactly to the hardness of the water that we were getting. Jacob put together a number of quote options and we selected the right one. He commenced work right away and stayed until it was complete -- into the evening. We are very very pleased with the outcome and give Formula Plumbing our highest endorsement!

From top to bottom, Formula Plumbing is an excellent company… and they seriously saved my day, especially thanks to Daniel! Dan was the technician and he was absolutely outstanding- super personable, walked me through everything, answered all of my questions, kind, wasn’t bothered by my dog woofing at him as he was in and out, cleaned up after himself, etc. I had a leak from my 2nd floor bathroom from the toilet and started dripping from my dining room ceiling. They came the same day, no charge for the quote, gave me multiple options, super communicative, and didn’t try and sell me on anything that wasn’t necessary. I can’t thank them enough! I will be giving referrals!

Formula plumbing did a full pipe replacement on my parents house. They were professional, clean, and did the work in a timely manner at a very fair price. Past inspection on the first time. Did it right the first time no rework. We are very happy with the job they did for us and grateful. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors to do any work they need.

I had a plumbing leak buried 3-4 feet from the ground underneath a concrete slab. In addition, it is a 30-year old galvanized pipe. Formula Plumbing gave me 3 options, capping it, going through the cinder block to gain a better access of the pipe, or a complete repipe of the entire house. I got all detailed estimates with each line item plus great discounts. Option 1 of merely capping the galvanized pipe nicely fixed the problem. Full blasted the water and the new cap held up with no leaks. Wade put back dirt and poured new concrete, and it looks like there was no plumbing work done at all! I am very happy. Two thumbs up I highly recommend Formula Plumbing. They have the correct tools, are very honest, efficient, and professional. Formula was recommended by a friend when I had a sudden back up in the kitchen. Frank and Dan were friendly, responsive, and Dan was especially helpful on site! I'm a new home owner and plumbing isn't my expertise. I can fix your car, plumbing is a whole different world lol They didn't try to sell me services I didn't need, instead giving me options for services to take care of the problem and informed me of things I should get done to maintain the plumbing. Our technician, Jacob was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having him provide our plumbing service. He was careful and made sure there were no leaks after making adjustments.
He cleaned up after himself. He wore shoe covers whenever he entered our house. My wife and I were impressed by Jacob.

Another great review for Wade. First he waited 30 minutes for me to get home, had everything ready when I did arrive and spent no time at all servicing toilet with the jetting and waste removal in sewage pipes. Sent pictures of the work done, explanation and more recommendations. Spent half of what another company quoted. Nothing but good remarks on my end. Highly recommend

Just had Formula Plumbing out to clear major grease buildup in our main line to the septic tank. They were quick, professional, and listened to everything I explained about the issue. Wade located a hidden cleanout no one else could find in two years, hydro-jetted the lines, and camera-checked to confirm it was all clear. Super thorough, fair pricing, even lowered their quote when they didn't need to add a new cleanout, then cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend them!
