Reviews of local pros in Odessa, Florida

We’ve used Air Hawk for several years now for repairs, maintenance of our two units, for cleaning of our duct work and recently for replacement of one of our units. They have always been prompt, attentive, professional and very friendly. An excellent company to work with. I highly recommend them.

This company is great! They have put new complete units in my last two homes and have done a great job on both occasions.
They are my go to for any maintenance and kept my old A/C going until the very end.
Highly recommend . We'll run business and ownership.

AirHawk was quick to respond to my home after my AC went out. They diagnosed the problem and scheduled a next-day visit to complete the repair. The tech, Don, was great to work with as well. Never had a problem with AirHawk!

This company is just OUTSTANDING!!! Tim has more knowledge than anyone I have ever seen. Prices are fair. This company does not try to sell you a new air conditioner every time you have an issue. This is the ONLY company I trust.

I just had my 35 year old duct work replaced in my home and was lucky enough to have Shane and Nick complete this work. They were just OUTSTANDING in every way!!! They take pride in their work and just do excellent work. This is the ONLY company I will call in the future for air conditioning work!!! Thanks again Shane and Nick!! Karen

Awesome customer service. From the minute I called they were super helpful. Bryan came out and did a great job explaining everything to me. He was very professional and did an awesome job repairing my AC. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Air Hawk, two service men came in, checked out the area, made a plan and got to work. They made sure to cover furniture/TV in case there was any dust. Installed an additional vent through the attic. Cleaned up and did a great job exactly what I wanted. Very courteous and professional. Thank you.

Airhawk installed new a/c system in about 7 years ago since that time we utilize the 6 month maintenance program with them. From the office to the field techs very professional. We have always been very happy with their service. They are quick to respond especially in emergency situations like we had. Thank you Airhawk for taking such good care of our a/c system.

Excellent Service! Installers are professional, experienced and personable. Have been with AIRHAWK for several years and can always be counted on for both maintenance and new product needs. They are customer-oriented, competitively priced and experienced pros in the A/C field!

This was our second time using Air Hawk, and once again they exceeded our expectations. We first worked with them last summer and were impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, and friendly the team was—so we didn’t hesitate to call them again for our HVAC replacement.

Don helped us during our first service visit and was a big reason we trusted Air Hawk. He came out again on the first day, carefully inspected our unit, clearly explained what was going on, and gave us honest, helpful advice on the best next steps. His professionalism and communication truly stand out.

Shane and Nick handled the HVAC replacement, and they did an excellent job. They removed our old system smoothly and installed the new one very neatly and professionally. During the installation, there was a minor issue with one of the boards, but they didn’t cut corners or give up—they troubleshot the problem thoroughly, came back the next day with the correct part, and made sure everything was working perfectly. They also kept the work area clean and organized and cleaned up completely after the job.
We also had duct cleaning done, and they did a great job with that as well. They were very careful to minimize dust and kept our home clean throughout the process.

Bryan also stopped by to help double-check the issue with the new unit. He arrived early the next morning, inspected everything carefully, and confirmed what needed to be fixed before the part replacement. We really appreciated how thorough he was.

Overall, the team showed outstanding teamwork and genuinely cared about solving the problem quickly and correctly. Air Hawk has proven to be experienced, reliable, and trustworthy, and we will definitely continue using them in the future. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this company. From Don the sales guy. December office staff to installers Tyron and Henry.
Everyone was very professional and helpful. Competitive prices, variety of products and very easy to work with. Appreciate the ease of new A/C install

I recently had my heating system serviced by Air Hawk Heating and Cooling, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They did an excellent job fixing the issue, and the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The repair was completed very quickly, which I truly appreciated, especially during the colder weeks we have been experiencing. Pricing was reasonable and fair for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Air Hawk Heating and Cooling for anyone in need of reliable HVAC services!

My husband and I just purchased a new HVAC system from Air Hawk and the entire experience was amazing! This company was extremely professional. Every person we spoke too was very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. The install guys did a fantastic job and was much faster than we expected! Don was the one who did the estimate and he also did a fantastic job at explaining different options to us, so that we knew exactly what we were purchasing. Most importantly our new system works AMAZINGLY. 10/10 Recommend!!

Shannon had made a service call to my home on 10/9/25 to determine why my AC wasn't blowing cold air. He trouble shooted air handler had a major leak in Evaporator core. My system is 18+ years old and the part if found with labor is half the price of new heat pump/air handler. Today, 10/13/25 AC techs Ray and Henry installed my new 2 1/2 ton heat pump and air handler with Great Professionalism ,very courteous and taken pride in their work/clean up. Kudos to these techs for a great job!! Air Hawk has been our go to AC guys for awhile including work on my wife's parents home. I provided pics of install of heat pump and air handler. Thanks,
Air Hawk!
