I have been using Air One One for several years and will continue to use them. Jorge is wonderful. He is knowledgeable and honest.

Kelly and Jorge were amazing! Quickly came out to give us a second opinion. Jorge took his time showing us what he was doing and explaining what our unit really needed. Gave us total confidence in the repairs we agreed to. So thankful to have found a great AC company!

Really thrilled by the service we got from Air One One. After coming home from vacation, we heard rattling coming from one of the handlers. They were able to come out the next day (as it was still working) and diagnose the problem, which was the motor was rusted and some was starting to fall apart. Rather then sell us a new unit (which we have seen countless times other companies do), Jorge identified that part was under warranty! Once the part came in, he installed it, serviced our units, and saved us thousands of dollars that other companies would have charged.

Air One One has saved me a. Pole of times! Recently my air went out late on a Thursday. I called Friday mid morning hoping someone could make it out before the weekend. The owner made an extra stop before heading home for the weekend to make sure we were taken care of! I highly suggest their services!

I was referred to Air One One by a friend; I am very impressed with them and will never use another HVAC company. I called after hours and Kelly answered right away and scheduled my appointment. I needed a new thermostat and Jorge came out to do the replacement. He's efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, and I am 100% happy with the results.

Air Hawk is amazing. Tim came out to give us an estimate to replace our system, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and generally fantastic.

Our installers were Tyron and Henry. These two were amazing. Our system had leaked while we were out of town and left a huge mess and destroyed the return plenum which added a ton of work for these guys but they reacted like it was a normal Tuesday. They were amazing. I know I said it already, but it should be said again. The installation of the air handler, supply plenum, return plenum, and condensing unit are top notch and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. If you're not using Air Hawk, you're missing out.

From start to finish this was a great experience for what it was. Tim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Tyron and Henry were amazing. They are both excellent mechanics got the job done clean, quickly and professionally. We highly recommend Air Hawk and their team.

My AC equipment failed and I needed to get it replaced so I called AirHawk.
The techs were clean and efficient and left no evidence that they were even at our house.
I will definitely call them again!!

Shannon was out to our house a couple hours after I called and fixed our AC after it being off for two days. I asked about a maintenance plan. He gave me those options but was not pushy at all. I think the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Air Hawk Heating and Cooling.

Air Hawk’s technician, Shannon, carefully looked over my A/C system. He cleaned it out and found the system’s discharge pipe needs to be insulated as well as attic space itself needs more insulation. Shannon cleaned the discharge pipe and the outside unit. The A/C system has been working great and with Air Hawk’s help it will remain that way.

7/29 update
Updating my review to two stars due to my experience after install. The men that installed my AC were great, they gave me the final total, I wrote the check and they left. Apparently, they gave me the incorrect final amount. Within the next couple of days, I was bombarded with multiple texts, calls, emails, AND the salesman (Don) who showed up at my house twice. I didn’t immediately respond due to a family emergency AND I was surprised with a vacation for my birthday. Don showed up last Friday, banging on my door and left word with that if we don’t pay the remaining balance we’ll get a lean on our house. He also promised a two year service deal, well I only got one year so clearly just a sales pitch with no follow through. I sent a response a few days sharing my negative experience and I am not happy at all with how this was handled, but didn’t receive a reply back. I would give a zero star review, but the gentleman that installed the AC were very kind and worked hard.

I couldn’t be more than happy with the serve I received from start to finish. My AC went out on Friday 7/4. We attempted to fix it the next day with no luck. My system is well over 18 years old so I knew it was time for a new one. So made an appointment. Don came out on Monday 7/7 and had me on the schedule 7/9. Don explained everything, the difference between each system & treated me like family making sure I chose the right unit for my home. December called me & the permit was pulled, approved, & scheduled for inspection on 7/10. Raymond & Henry came out on 7/9 and worked extremely hard in a very hot garage & were AMAZING. They made me aware & spoke to me before any steps they needed moving ahead, explained the system very well, and made sure everything was running well before leaving. I’m thoroughly impressed with this company & everyone I spoke or interacted with. I would recommend this company for anyone & everyone.

Called air hawk on Saturday and they were there on Tuesday after the holiday to instal new Carrier 3 Ton unit. Raymond and Joel were professional, on time and left area clean. Very happy with their install. Tenants are happy again. Look forward to doing business with them for a long time.

After two years I am left with a subpar hvac system and damage to my home from what I can only describe as a disgraceful installation.

Your sales inspector said our best option was to go with a Mitsubishi ductless, single condenser, three head system. The gentleman explained how difficult this job would be and that it would be completed over a two day period.

Everything was rushed. Initially there were just two techs but as the day went on more techs started showing up. Around 3:00 pm I saw 5 guys scrambling around my backyard. I inquired why they needed so many people if this was a two day job and the only answer I was given was a resounding "uhhhhh, we have to get it done today". So much for a two day install. At 5:00 pm I ordered all your technicians pizza and drinks to show them I appreciated what I originally perceived as hard work. The techs left well after dark that evening. There were a number of things unfinished but I was assured all would be taken care of. It took nearly a month to resolve all of those loose ends.

Here are just some of the incidents that occurred over the last two years after the install of this mini split system.

Removal of the old air handlers/condenser units was not done in the manner we agreed on. All existing units were to be removed. I called and was told that wasn't part of our quote. They disconnected one handler, left one untouched, removed neither from the attic but removed one condenser unit outside, why?

The install failed electrical inspection multiple times. Between your tech and the county inspectors, I couldn't tell who was more incompetent in this situation.

Installed switch boxes on every head that look absolutely RIDICULOUS and are completely wrong for this application.

You had to send the same tech out multiple times to clean up your installers substandard work.

Just months after we thought everything was okay the system stopped cooling properly and we had our first, of many, service calls.

Techs would come out and give me the same song and dance. The unit is dirty, the wheels are dirty, there was moisture build up, ect. Total dog and pony show with no real resolution. This is all within the first year of having a brand new system. Unacceptable by even the lowest standards.

After many service calls for the same non-cooling issue one of your techs decided checking for a freon leak was a good idea. He found a sizable leak in the large 18k head. He scheduled to have it replaced but to my astonishment they were only able to replace the coil instead of the entire head, this may not have been an issue with Air Hawk and likely what Mitsubishi covered under warranty.

The damaged unit was taken off the wall to be repaired and literally tossed onto a tarp in my front lawn. The brand new coil looked damaged during the repair process. I was told it wouldn't effect the unit. The head is now hanging a 1/4 inch off the wall after being reinstalled.

Water has leaked/drained from all three heads on numerous occasions.

We have never been offered any kind of maintenance/cleaning program. The techs only suggested that I clean the units myself with a paintbrush and vacuum.

I'v also recently found a few problems that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.

Water/moisture dripping down into the wall voids from the condenser lines. All the units were installed with incorrect fasteners. The installers drilled a hole with a paddle bit right through my exterior wall and never repaired it. The installers spliced electrical wires together in my attic with duct tape and never went back to properly install a junction box. I perceive this as a fire hazard and am appalled at the level of negligence displayed here.

I have asked to speak with the owner on several occasions and I have yet to hear from anyone. The account is under the last name "FEES" It is unfathomable for me to think that an account with this many service calls wouldn't be looked into further and followed up by a Supervisor/Manager/Owner.

The Air Hawk team are all amazing!! Don gave us an estimate and was very thorough and explained our different choices. He also called several times to check on us and see how we were doing. The installation went great too! Tyran and Henry were amazing and got the job done. They left everything super clean and where a pleasure to have. I was also impressed with the person that called the day before the installation. She went over all the details of what to expect at installation. I feel like Air Hawk really does have the customers best interest in mind. 8 highly recommend Air Hawk!!

The technician arrived earlier than scheduled but reached out beforehand, so that was great. I felt confident that he had checked everything out, and he made a suggestion of what I could do differently to help keep the drain line clear.

100% satisfied with the service I received from Air Hawk. Tech came out, had us up and cooling quickly. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and even told me some tips and things to watch out for in the future. We received a very fair quote for a new system with a very quick installation turn time. Air Hawk has earned my business going forward for all my AC needs. Thank you very much Air Hawk and Shannon.

Air Hawk was great about letting me know when to expect the technician, Jason was also great, letting me know about not using bleach or vinegar through the ac drip line only one gallon of hot water every other month. Thank you, I would highly recommend Air Hawk for their services.

I've been using Air Hawk for 10 years now. They're always quick and nice. I see a lot of the same techs, which really says something about the company.

Had a great experience from the estimate to getting the installation completed, everything worked well.
Shannon was professional and helpful all along the way with providing information, listening patiently to our AC needs, getting me the estimates and getting install scheduled.

Tyron Delara who did the installation did a great job. He is very thorough and fast in doing his work. He did everything very neatly and in a clean and efficient manner. Great experience overall so far.

December from the scheduling team was also very helpful.

Shannon Lessig was my first point of contact, discussing all of my options, true to his word I received my estimates before he even left my street. Nick and Shane are Rock Stars!!!! truly professional air-conditioning installation artist, They were professional answered all of my questions removed all the old equipment, installed all the new equipment and cleaned up after them selves. All of which was completed in what I thought was a small window of time. Listen folks, I’m not a very trusting person, but I will tell you if the need arises to service my air conditioning unit, I will not hesitate to contact Air Hawk Heating and Cooling period! And neither should you!
