My AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday and the temps in my house were rising. I called Air Hawk and they scheduled me same day. Shannon came out at the scheduled time and had my AC up and running in no time. Such honest & professional service. I was super impressed with everything from beginning to end. Highly recommend Air Hawk! They are amazing!

We have had the maintenance plan with Air Hawk for several years now. A technician provides the maintenance service on our AC unit every 6 months. This keeps our unit running smoothly & efficiently. Drake was the very thorough when he provided our service today. He took his time, was very professional, and did an excellent job. 8/11/25 update: Drake performed my maintenance and gave excellent service. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even had to finish the job during an afternoon downpour but handled it with grace and enthusiasm!

Everyone dreads their ac going out in Florida, I’ve used air hawk before for various repairs and they have always been honest and helpful.
I got home from work and saw my ax unit frozen over , way past its life expectancy, so I called air hawk , Shannon was out 3 hours later , told me various options, and we decided to replace the entire unit. He made a stressful situation very easy going , explained the next steps, scheduled the next day apt, and by afternoon I had a brand new ac unit.

I want to start by saying the technician, Bryan, was extremely helpful and kind. I am frustrated because the issue with my heat was simply a threshold setting on my thermostat, which I could have easily resolved myself over the phone. Instead of explaining the issue and solution to me over the phone, I had no heat for over 2 days while waiting for a technician to come to my home for an issue that took a couple clicks and 5 minutes to fix.

Air hawk installed my system years ago, and has always provided great service.
They were running a special on system check up in October.
I scheduled a check up for my system and the appointment was easy to make. Drake came and checked over my system, flushed the drain line and ready for another year of trouble free use.

Jason with air hawk provided outstanding service responding promptly within two hours of our call. He explained every detail of the problem with our HVAC thoroughly ensuring we understood all aspects of the process and what needed to be repaired Throughout our interaction, Jason was consistently respectful and professional making this experience absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this company and in particular this technician.

The entire team was awesome! Don, December and the installers Tyron & Henry were prompt, polite, and professional from start to finish! I called Monday morning and had a new HVAC the next day! They actually answer the phone and show up on time! Great experience!

I had a new A/C system installed last year. This was a follow up visit to make sure everything was operating appropriately. Air Hawk is very responsive to their customers. I like that they let you know when to expect them, they give you a timeframe and they communicate it to the customer by text and email.

Finding dependable and reliable home repair services can always be daunting, especially with AC companies. I have used Air Hawk for the last few years and they have recently replaced both my units. This most replacement was very smooth and fast. Communication was quick and honest.

From time of agreement to schedule, replacement and inspection was all completed within 48 hours! Shannon, Ray, December and the entire team made sure all my questions were addressed. Even after the install with a minor issue with the thermostat, the team had this resolved the next day by going to Lowe's for the correct replacement instead of the usual supply house or ordering process which would create delay.

There are numerous AC companies to select from and I have used several within the area prior. Air Hawk is the only one I have ever used repeatedly with confidence and would recommend them for your home AC repair/replacement needs.

Once again the Air Hawk technician did a fantastic job. The technician arrived on time and once he arrived talked to us about any concerns that we might have. once starting his work he made sure to wear his shoe covers to protect our floors. After the service was complete he made sure everything was cleaned up. Could not ask for a better job
