Air One One has been servicing our air conditioner for years now after replacing the condenser and air handler years ago. Can’t ask for better service with a smile and their expertise. Reach out to Kelly online or by phone, and she will get back to you very quickly to talk about your issue and recommend and schedule the appropriate service. Then Joey, Jorge or one of their other qualified technicians will show up to inspect and diagnose the problem. They will not try to upsell you and will often recommend less or no service at all if it isn’t necessary. No games or gimmicks - just honest, reliable and reasonable solutions! Consider them for your next a/c repairs or service, and I am confident you will not regret it.

I would highly recommend Air One One. The customer service was super friendly and accommodating. They were able to get a tech (Jorge) out within about an hour to unclog our AC drain lines. Jorge was super friendly and professional as well. We set up a full AC service appointment two weeks later. Jorge again showed up on time and worked quickly. It’s tough to find repair companies that are friendly, show up on time and do good work at a reasonable price, Air One One delivers on all fronts.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I am a real estate professional and Air One One is my go-to. Never over charging and always telling the truth about what is needed even when they can upsell the client. I’m thankful for the wonderful service from Air One One. Jorge came to look at my heating system. We had some cold days in a row and the unit wouldn’t kick on. After looking at the thermostat he checked the outside unit and found the issue quickly. Jorge notice some mold in the unit so he suggested I get a UV light. He had it put in days later. If you need quality, customer service, and convenience, there’s no other place to go with your AC or heat repairs or replacements than Air One One.

We have used this company since we moved to florida 4 years ago. They replaced one of two zones in our home and could not be more happy with the quality of work and excellent service. I was recommended to Air One One by my parent’s friends and they did not disappoint. As a young smart shopper, I made 6 calls, and got 4 other quotes. All saying I needed a whole new HVAC or new coil, ranging from $6k-$8k. I was truly upset but thought I’d give one more call. Kelly Long personally looked up the serial number on my hvac and gave me the best news…it was under warranty! Jorge came by and looked at it to make sure they knew what part needed to be replaced, and he confirmed it didn’t even need a new coil. A deep clean and I was set. So THANK YOU AIR ONE ONE! The relief of not falling into the scams of other company, drives me to leave nothing less than a 5 star review. Scheduling was planned out before Jorge even came out to examine it, so I felt taken care of and & will always trust Air One One with my HVAC needs.

I’ve been using Air One One for probably 10 years, both at home and for my business. This level of service is unheard of in the A/C business. They have always been quick to come by to fix an issue or clean out a drain line, and when I’ve needed new units, their pricing and timing was unbeatable by their competitors. I trust their recommendations completely and know they aren’t trying to upgrade or replace something unnecessarily to boost their sales. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Air One came out to fix our A/C quickly. The technician was polite and very helpful giving us lots of information on how to unclog the pipes.

I can't say enough about Air One One, Joey took time out of his very busy scheduled to personally help my 83 year old mother after another well known AC company tried to scam her into paying $3,000 for her AC repair which ended up being a clogged drain. The tech from this other company was also pushing her to purchase a new $15,000 AC even though she still had 2 years left on the warranty. Joey (Owner) came and verified that the only problem was a clogged drain and my mom was being scammed. I highly recommend Air One One.

My husband and I had our annual inspection/service of our HVAC and the original company claimed we had leaks on both the handler and compressor and that they were out of warranty.. They quoted between $17.5k to $25.5k to replace a single 4 ton unit and compressor or $11.5k to repair . We knew this was excessive and reached out to Air One One for a second opinion.

Not only did Jorge (our tech) from Air One One NOT find any leaks but their office manager advised us that we still had 3 years warranty left on our system. We paid them to do a deep cleaning to rout out any undetectable leaks but there was nothing! If they had had to replace the system it would have been roughly the same cost as the previous company quoted for repairs.

Cannot recommend them highly enough for their honesty, prompt response and integrity.

Another large HVAC company in the area suggested $4,000 worth of equipment repair on our 3yr old equipment, citing coolant leaks. Jorge at Air One One came through in less than 12 hours of us calling for a second opinion and inspected all our equipment saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with our equipment. Loved how Kelly was so fast getting back to me with my concerns with AC, she had Jorge come out within no time , he was so nice, explained what and why he was servicing, completed it and showed me everything he did, I had many questions which he answered! Such great customer service and care from them both!

Air One One was quick to respond to our call and schedule both an emergency appointment and then a follow-on maintenance (routine) appointment. The technician, Jorge, was very good about explaining the problem he found and how to fix it. Both he and Kelly (at the office) were very personable and helpful!
