Second time Noah has come out to service the HVAC at my residence. He is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Explains everything clearly and provides best options for any improvements.

This was my first maintenance appointment with Blue Collar. Colin D came out to do the maintenance. Now, I will tell you that every A/C company that I have dealt with (really this is only the 2nd one) recommends something for the longevity of this system. He drew up 3 different proposals/quotes ranging from immediate to long term. I chose nothing at this time. He was knowledgeable, informative and polite. Every time a technician comes to my house, they recommend the ultraviolet light that keeps out dirt, mold, etc. But this is the first time it has been recommended to CLEAN the blower wheel. Imagine that! Cleaning the debris! I never knew this was an option because it has never been suggested by the other company I used previously. The thing I was most impressed with was the amount of time and thoroughness he gave. I periodically go out and pump sludge myself to keep the drain line clean but Colin....wow, really cleaned it well. You should have seen the amount of sludge he got out of there. In closing, I was impressed by Colin, which is a reflection of the company. I believe I made a great decision hiring this company.
