Will came by and reviewed the issue we were having with our AC instead of trying to sell us a new unit he fixed the issue and provided simple explanations.

Will done a great job, he was fast to respond to the issue that I was having with my air conditioning. Very friendly, and professional would recommend Will and Okeechobee Air to everyone.

Excellent experience. They were able to fit me in within an hour on a Monday morning! Eddy was our technician, showed up w his mask and booties, very professional, thorough and didn’t make a big deal out of our problem.

Originally booked an appointment with the *big name* Ac company in town and were no call no showed. Very happy we went with Okeechobee Air. Will was extremely thorough, answered all our questions and was very punctual. Highly recommend!

I have a system that has a few years on it, but not old enough to be replaced. I called a very largely advertised company to come out and service my A/C as it's just not cooling as it should. They came out, checked my fre-on levels, told me they're good and basically told me I need a whole new A/C ($8700). I wanted more quotes, called Okeechobee A/C and they came out the same day. Will was amazing! He thoroughly checked out my handler and found a wire that was not installed properly and wasn't getting enough power. He replaced it. The other company didn't spend much time at all diagnosing my system. They charged me $125 for a quote and without noticing this issue. I'm not sure if I still need a new unit, but I highly recommend Okeechobee A/C and refrigeration for their honesty and time and attention to detail. I will be calling them for future work.

The drain lines were clogged on my AC out in the Lazy 7, so I called them on a weekday to come out and clean them. I knew what the problem was, and told the dispatcher at the time of the call. The tech came out, told me the drain line was clogged, and wanted to charge me $180 to vacuum them, plus the $160 fee for showing up, for a total of $340! He offered to settle for $300, if I would write a Google review. So here's the review: The tech was competent and polite. He arrived promptly. He didn't try to pretend that anything else was broken, or sell me a service I didn't need. But $300 for a 30 minute job of vacuuming out a residential AC drain line is just taking advantage of a customer.

What a professional company. They advised me that they were running late and kept me up to date as to the time of the arrival of their technician.
Will, the technician was very courteous and pleasant and efficiently conducted the annual maintenance service of my A/C unit. He showed me an area of mould growth which was obviously impacting the quality of the air flow into the house and recommended a UV air purifier that would stop this.
This company installed the A/C unit about 5 years ago and have given sterling after sales service . I thoroughly recommend this company, Thank you Will, for doing a great job today.

The person who came literally could hardly speak English. It was so bad he didn't understand what he was there for, and left before inspecting the HVAC system. I didn't bother to remind him because it was clear it wasn't going to be a good experience. They also have some weird non-local phone relay system. Just avoid them and go with people local to the community who understand trailers and park models, etc.

Called this morning came out within the hour, very polite, honest and went above and beyond what was needed to fix our AC. Will definitely be my go to ac repair company. Highly recommend

Nunez A/C has been great! Although my A/C is not fixed yet they have been in touch with me & explained everything. Very polite & professional. I highly recommend them!
UPDATE: Everything is fixed. I now have heat and AC!
