I have been a customer of CRS for many years. I have never been disappointed with their service. They are a great, local business! I would recommend them very highly!

Unfortunately, CRS has ignored my requests.

However repairs, maintenance and emergency calls are not something they seem to respond to, after their installation.
Very disappointing.

I do not like leaving bad reviews but I truly feel this one was warranted. I have used this company before and they replaced an air conditioner in my restaurant overall that first experience was ok although they did leave the power wire kinked in the wrong place which caused it to break. This time however I had my other unit go down over the weekend and since they do not do emergency calls I called another company that left the unit disconnected and gave me a quote on a new unit. Since I had to wait I figured I would give my business to the same company that did my other unit and I called them on Monday morning to come and check it out. They have pushed my call for 3 days now and I have called several times to see when they would be able to come by and check it out and Nicole has repeatedly suggested that I just use the other company. I’m not sure if she is the owner but I figured the company should know that she has pushed my business away. I have sent many other customers to this company but I will definitely steer people away from now on. Clearly I have decided to go with the other company and will not be calling them in the future. It must be great to have so much business that you can string people along and then push them away.

Tech arrived a few minutes behind schedule, but that happens sometimes if another call went over. He fixed the problem very quickly, was very professional and courteous, and their prices were very decent for A/C work. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area.

Do NOT use this company. They do not stand behind their work. They installed a mini split AC 1 month ago. I noticed the wall was wet and they wanted to charge me 125.00 for a service call. When I questioned the charge the owner Shawn cussed me and told me to never call back. Im stuck with a destroyed wall. They dont care to take your money to install something but when they screw it up, they dont stand behind it.
