Miller replaced an 16 year old A/C unit. The technicians who installed the new system were very professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed about how the installation was going and answered any questions we had. When they were finished and had left, there was no evidence that they had even been here. Great business to deal with and would recommend them to anyone.

He was great did everything & fixed me up. I had another air conditioning company they used to do the maintenance before but when I called them to set up an appointment and they said okay we'll call you back for an appointment and that was like 3 weeks.
When I called you guys you guys had them out on Monday from calling you on Friday.
Yes from now on you will take care of mine air conditioning unit maintenance.

Moved from the city to the country a year ago. Never regretted the move. Have used Miller’s AC now for a year and have been pleased with service, knowledge of all employees and professionalism. Juan Gonzalez, technician, came earlier this morning to perform service and went beyond the norm for simple maintenance. Took time to answer my questions and told me step by step was he doing or looking for. Rest assured the job was performed correctly! Thank you Juan!! Truly appreciate you.

If you want to do business with people who fly through traffic and almost run you off the road. These are the people for you. No courtesy or road mannners whatsoever.

The Service Tech & Salesman were very professional. The Install team needed more training. They failed to confirm the correct address, failed to charge the new system and left lumber with nails in the street after the install. The new HVAC system works great.

My tech was both competent and courteous. Miller’s response to my service request was fast, same day.

No matter who I talk with at Miller's Central Air, they are always helpful and courteous. They return my calls within 24 hours and follow up on anything that remains to be completed. Their installers did a wonderful job replacing an old a/c system, and cleaning up afterwards. More companies should have their customer service skills! Would highly recommend them!

Refused to repair my AC unit. They only wanted to keep coming out to replace a blown fuse and not actually fix problem at hand(had to repair myself)The cherry on top is that my place of work has also called them in twice for “tune-up” or “maintenance service” and afterwards neither unit worked or had problems directly after…majority of their staff appear very inexperienced and 25 or younger. They don’t honor/respect any of their service/work. HIRE LOCAL - THESE CORPORATIONS SUCK

It was 30° and we lost heat. Called Miller's at 8am on a Sunday and they were there and had it fixed by 10am. Juan was professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain to us why we lost heat and how to prevent it in the future. Great company and reasonable pricing!

We will request Charles anytime we need service or maintenance on our unit. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything clearly and gave us good advice on how to keep our older unit working properly when we're not here. We would recommend Charles to anyone who needs HVAC service.
