Miller’s did a great job replacing our AC. Laura kept us abreast of the timeline and was so much help. Alex and Hernan were very professional and did a great job installing our new AC system. I would highly recommend Miller’s!

Want to thank you for your fast service. I called on Monday because my mother in law's a/c went out and she is 78 and on oxygen. Was told they would have someone out in around 1 to 2 hours and within 30 minutes they were here. I also want to send a special thank you to Tony for his fast work getting her back up and running. I will be recommending Miller to all my family and friends.

I had six different A/C companies give me a quote to replace my 16 year old A/C unit before it stopped working for good. I had gone to the St. Lucie Civic Center a couple months ago to attend Home Show and met Shawn and Michael there from Millers Central Air. I was so impressed with their knowledge that I asked them to come out the following day for an estimate even though I had already decided to move forward with the company I had used for past (9) years. Shawn came out and did all the usual things the other six companies had done, but then he asked me if he could go up in my attic to see how the duct work was setup coming up from the air handler. I was shocked that a well dressed sales person would be willing to that, so I lowered the attic ladder and he crawled up there. I was intrigued and followed right behind him to get his view point. He actually addressed a concern I have had for 17 years that the duct work was done incorrectly when house was built in 1997 and that was the reason the southside of our home was NOT getting enough cold air. Shawn's estimate was not the cheapest and was actually a bit higher than the company I had chosen. But because Shawn had gone the extra mile to make sure if they did my installation it was going to address ALL me concerns I went with them. The Installation was done by Alfredo and Dorman was with him to do the duct cleaning at the same time. Alfredo's copper work was elegant and the air handler looked like a work of art after installation. I have never seen such skill and the finish work was impeccable. Two really nice guys, it felt like family was working this project instead of hired help. I had a question they couldn't answer so I called the office and Laura was great and said she would forward my concern to the Operations Manager Michael. In less than a minute of hanging up with her, Michael calls me and it turned out I had met him at the Home Show in PSL. He was so knowledgeable when I first met him at the Home Show, that I thought he was the Owner (Mr. Miller). Michael's expertise, candidness, customer service and follow-up was beyond amazing. I was blown away on how he genuinely cared about my concern and how quickly he addressed it. Then later that afternoon, to my surprise, he rearranged his schedule to pass by my house to personally inspect the install and see if I had any other concerns. My jaw dropped; because here is a very busy Operations Manager taking the time to make sure their customer is 100% satisfied. It doesn't matter what any other A/C company promises or tells you. Miller's Central Air, Inc will not only do everything they say they are going to do, but also stand behind their work. That level of Excellence and Integrity that I experienced from Miller's A/C because of Michael, through this whole process is worth much more than what I paid for. I have TOTAL PEACE OF MIND this install was done RIGHT! Thank you Michael and the Miller's A/C team that helped us out with our new A/C, we are beyond happy and satisfied!

I’ve been using millers for years. The staff and workers are great. Ivan came to service my unit. He was knowledgeable , very polite , and professional.. highly recommend.

Miller's offers the best price, best customer service and best warranty on a Mitsubishi Mini split. For the company to offer the 12 year warranty, they must be trained and certified by Mitsubishi. Once I realized what I was getting, I agreed to purchase the mini split. The company sent Alex for the install. Alex is knowledgeable, hard worker with exceptional people skills. Be aware not to purchase the cheap mini split as I did. Amazon provided an excellent rating for a Pioneer only to find out it's made of cheap plastic and regardless how little you use it the plastic will disintegrate. Go with Miller's Central Air and only a Mitsubishi Mini Split, you won't be disappointed.

We like to have our a/c cleaned and maintained every six months and have relied on Miller’s Air Conditioning for this service since we moved our 85 foot tugboat to Moore Haven in 2019. Every time they come we are extremely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. Most recently (October 21) Daniel was here for an hour and a half cleaning and making adjustments (our system is 7 years old and is especially challenging because the condenser is outside on the upper deck and the air handler is below decks). We are extremely grateful to have Miller’s as our a/c service people. Highly recommended.

I used Miller's after the A/C repair company that I was using made 2 separate trips to my home and didn't fix the problem. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Miller's. The young man " Daniel" that worked on my A/C was very well mannered and discussed the issues that he found and the costs of each repair. My A/C is working well now. I will definitely use this company for all my A/C maintenance and repairs in the future.

We called at 4:30 yesterday due to no heat at my mom's, who has been sick. They were there within a half hour!! Devin ( I think was her name.. sorry) was pleasant and understanding. Daniel was thorough and he explained everything. He was kind and patient.

Old system was in operation for 25 years had to have a completely new system installed inside and outside. Secured prices from three different companies. After choosing Millers they were very quick to set up date and time, very punctual and efficient. Good price for new premium Trane made in America unit. Two minor issues after installation with drain line, called on a Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning Millers called sent Victor out to adjust pitch on drain line. He was great, I was laid up with broken ankle so Victor took pictures of the adjustment to show me his work. Fixed by 10:30 am, doesn't get any better than that. Would recommend Millers anytime to anyone. Also have to mention Bud who was the initial contact person. He knows his stuff. Very happy at this point.

Excellent service from start to finish. Michael came out, diagnosed my problem and gave me his recommendation. He was awesome. Bud was very thorough and gave me some great options. I purchased a new unit and installation couldn’t have gone better. Both guys were great! I had 2 other companies that I wasn’t happy with and was so pleased to have found Miller!!!

Used Miller’s last year first for service then an emergency repair. Both performed timely, very competently and very reasonably. They just came out again for this year’s service and the same technician did an excellent job - above and beyond. We have a pretty unique Multi-level installation of a Trane system and they keep it purring. Great folks who do a great job. We’re glad they’re out here.

Our unit went out over the Holiday weekend 5/29/2021.
We called for service and Sean the service manager was on site within 30 minutes of his contacting me. He diagnosed the problem but would not be able to get the part over the weekend.. with having previous repairs and the cost of the replacement part along with the age of the unit I decide to get a new unit. On Monday I got a bid from Sean the sales rep,
on Tuesday the install crew showed up and had me on air by early afternoon . Daniel and Gerardo worked diligently to get our system up and running. They cleaned up after the install and were very professional. In fact the whole crew from Millers was a delight to work with and I would recommend them as A++. I also got a call back from Sean the sales rep to see how all went and he even came by and tweaked the thermostat settings and set up my phone for remote control. Impressed!!
FAST Courteous service

We have had the Miller Air come out and do some much needed work on our home twice now. Their employees are absolutely the best! Courteous, polite, well dressed in their uniforms and extremely knowledgeable! We would highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs. We had issues with a new unit that was installed by a fly by night guy from Port St. Lucie and he did a horrible job and was totally unresponsive for help! Millers people came out gave us an estimate, fixed all the issues and were amazing to deal with. Don’t call anyone else!!!! Thank you for a great job Millers Air!!
