Doesn't show up for scheduled appointments and then blames customer.

I was really debating on whether I should even post this or not and I'm not a person to do negative reviews I try to be objective and and just be honest I just had a really bad experience with this business I don't think that one person should reflect the whole business I'm a delivery driver I'm new to this kind of work I'm learning how to do it I'm not the quickest person but the young lady who received the order from me She said her name was Wilson whoever that is was very rude very disrespectful and talk down to me and I don't deserve that I didn't say or do anything to her I really wanted to say something back to her but I'm better than that We all have bad days We all go through things but we don't have the right to take it out on other people God bless your business have a good day

The two guys who came out were super professional and knowledgeable. They troubleshooted a few issues for us and did great work!

I have used Above Electric for 10 years now and have always been happy. My electrician today, Job, was punctual, incredibly courteous, polite, worked quickly, and left no mess! If their service is anything, like their drivers be unreliable and dangerous seen their drivers swerving in and out of traffic, almost ran two people off the road me one of them no care for other people around them

John did a great job replacing our old kitchen lighting with dimmable LED recessed lighting. Love the results. Highly recommend Precision Electric.

My suggestion is you have a hand written quote with the specifics of what is included in the quote in writing. We were told we were being billed at an hourly rate. The job was expected to take six hours. The hourly rate was $145 time and material. Should the job take less time the adjustment would be made to the quote and our bill. We agreed to have the work done. The entire job took 2 hours. When it can time to pay them they demanded the full six hour charge. We did not have the quote in writing which is our fault. They came recommended though a neighborhood site. If your dealing with the firm have every detail in writing.

We moved to FL back in May 2019. Our home, while "high end", still needed updating and, in a couple of cases, serious work. We have had NUMEROUS contractors working here here and John has done a phenomenal job for us. He's on time, on budget and very helpful with technical advice. The owner, John Eckerdt accomplish in a timely matter everything we agree to and more. And, a fair price. Seeing a hazard in my yard, left over from a TECO access area in my yard. John brought to my attention and called TECO himself. Which TECO address and corrected the same day. Note: After all work was accomplish cleaned up as if he was never there. Something I have noted of late with sloppy contract workers.

This is the 3rd time we have used Precision Electric. Once for my business and twice for my house. They are great. The last time we had mice eat through a wire and they found and fixed it quickly. Not only that but they repaired the ceiling they had to cut into and did a great job. Whatever mess they might have made was cleaned up long before I ever saw it. They are quick to respond, on-time, cleanup, and are reasonable on cost. I am confident that the work done is high quality and done in a professional manner. That is 100% worth it.

John added several outlets and lights, installed a new can light on my lanai and handled the wiring for my new outdoor kitchen. He was always on time, worked efficiently and knew exactly what needed to be done. His quote was accurate and prices are reasonable. I will definitely use Precision Electric again!

The breaker for our master bedroom blew out. I called one well known electrician company and they could not come out for over a week! I called John and he told me he would make the time to come out that day. He kept me informed via text of when he would arrive and he was right on time, no 4 hour window. He fixed my busted breaker and discovered some live wiring that we were unaware of causing the issue. He fixed everything timely and his price was extremely responsible. HIGHLY recommend!

We lost electricity with Milton, things were quite a mess and it was just us and a handful of neighbors that had no electricity for days with no resolution. John came out & diagnosed the issue. I was able to take some notes and call TECO and get someone out the same day. Not only did this resolve the issue for us it resolved issues for the neighbor next door. John was incredible taking calls after hours the night before and helping us first thing in the morning, squeezing us and right away. I can't recommend this company enough. He's the guy that goes the incredible distance for his clients. Thank you !

Very unhappy experience with Mr. Sparky today. I had an appt today 10/22/24 for an electrical inspection between 2p-6pm. My nephew went to the house to meet the tech. No show, no call, no text. my nephew called i after 4pm asking for an ETA. He was told the appt was cancelled without notification to him. It has be re-scheduled for next Monday again without notification. We have been waiting a week for this inspection. The house remains uninhabitable until this inspection is done.This lack of customer service is unacceptable. If I could rate zero stars I would. In addition an offer was made for the tech to come Sat 10/26/24 for an additional fee! Avoid using this company!

I had this company come out to give me an estimate on a timer for my pool. They looked at it and then they inspected other things and said that I needed additional work and it was going to cost in excess of $8,000. I said I wasn't interested in that at that time. I just want to know how much it was going to cost to put the timer in them. They included me a price for $850. I thought that was outrageous. I went to home Depot and found a timer for $79 and had it installed for 20. There you go
