Mike did a wonderful job explaining how and what was involved with all work that needed to be done in my home. He is very personable and I enjoyed the time he took to explain things to me. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or pressured.

Harry was an awesome tech. He was very patient and informative. There was a mix up with our service call but it got resolved timely and the outcome satisfactory. Our flood light is installed and we are all set. We will use Mr. Sparky in the future.

The office staff are wonderful. Daniel came out for our service call he knew my girls work from home and couldn't be without power for long due the their jobs. He repaired their circuit first and within minutes they were back up and running. He then completed the rest of the work and was done in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely would recommend using this company and if you could I recommend asking for Daniel for your job you will be very happy you did.

Kevin was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. We were happy with the service he provided. He’s now our Go-To-Guy, if/when we need help again. Thanks Mister Sparky for employing experienced staff that’s on-time and trustworthy.

Matt and Dillon were incredibly professional and informative. Matt gave advice on each thing we wanted fixed. He didn’t try to push or upsell me. He was simply there to help and do what was best for us. If anyone I know asks for a recommendation for an electric company, I will be sending them your way.

Chris did a great job. He was respectful of my home, taking steps to ensure he didn’t leave a mess. He also provided recommendations on the services requested and provided by his company. Great experience all in all!

I would just say, shop around and get estimates before going with Mr. Sparky. Giving the benefit of doubt, perhaps it was just my technician trying to make a high pressure sale. Perhaps he thought we were new transplants and was trying to take advantage. Either way, We asked for a simple 30 Amp Generator inlet/outlet with an interlock device and were quoted $3,242.77 ( I have the quotes still in my email if they would like to dispute this)

Yes, you read that correctly! For a job that would take, at most $200 - $300 in parts(including wiring, pipes, outlet and interlock) this "Technician" quoted us over $3,200.

Don't get taken advantage of or taken to the cleaners with this company. Shop around and don't let them pressure you.

To be fair and completely transparent- The price above does include a surge protector and "Power club" both of which I was adamant that I did not want. Wanna know the price not including those? $2,104.04.

Buyer Beware

George came to the house on time the next business day. He was very polite and gave us a very good price. He told us and walked us through everything that needed to be done.
They showed up today on time and did everything that we needed done. George walked me through what they had done and was very pleased with the work that was completed. They also installed 2 ceiling fans. They look very nice and work nicely.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of electrical work.

David and Dakota did an amazing job helping me with my electrical needs today and gave me their expert advice on keeping my home safe. Mike was excellent! Also, when the office knew he would be late, they gave us plenty of notice.
He knew what he was doing and was very professional and efficient. We were not pushed into extra purchases but provided information for an upgrade and all necessary information.
We have other small jobs we need done at some point and will gladly call them again.

Tim was EXCELLENT! I am so glad he was the one that came out and completed the work I needed done. Tim was efficient and knowledgeable explained everything to me from start to finish. I would recommend Mister Sparky and Tim Shade to anyone!

Matt took the time to evaluate the electrical needs in my shop and offer solutions. He went above and beyond to explain the reasons and advantages of each option. By doing this, he provided the tools I need to make the correct choice for my situation. When I make that decision, I will not hesitate to choose Matt and Mister Sparky to complete the work. This was a most impressive experience!

Used this company for over 7K worth of services over the past year or so. In our opinion ... do not use this company. Including today they have failed to show up for appointments on multiple occasions. Workmanship is average, at best. We actually had to get alternate vendor to repair some of the work they completed. We tried to stay loyal to this company, but they make it nearly impossible. PLEASE AVOID.

Thank you so much for the great service! From the arrival of Mike to the completion the work that needed to be completed by Harry, Ian and Dakota. They were very respectful and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely tell others about Mr. Sparky!

Zach did a very thourgh job putting a 110/120 outlet in my garage. He explained every thing to me about what he would and did. Job well done.

Now comes the part where there was difficulty in getting Zach to my house. I originally call to make an appt on Monday 4/29 and we agreed on a target time for Tuesday 4/30 between 12 noon and 4 pm. During that time I received at least 3 calls saying the technician was being delayed on a different job. The last call I received was to reschedule for today 5/1 between 9am. and noon. Then on 5/1 I get a call to inform me that Zach would be running late and he would call me after he finished his job. He called me close to 12 and informed me he was on his way. I’m thankful that Zack got the job done today but to be delayed as I was is a bit too excessive. There is always a window for the tech to arrive and there was 2 ‘windows’ missed. I’m happy with the work but you would think a discount would have offered for the delay. And there wasn’t one. I will probably go to Mr Sparky again because of the quality of work but I’ll be more forward with a strict time frame for arrival.

And one last point Zach wasn’t the original tech for my job.

We are very happy to have signed the contract with Kevin. He texted me prior to his arrival and was on time for our meeting. He is very polite and respectful and had great knowledge in the field he works in and was ready to start the job the very next day. He does a great job! I couldnt recommend anybody better for the job.

Brian, was great very professional. And asked me what I needed up front the whole game plan.i wanted done. Gave the price,and stayed from 8:45 am I think that's when he started. To about 10 pm last night.as a retired u.s. I would and will recommend him to my biker associate. After I get my patio up. He is all ready schedule for next week to tweak a few more electrical projects at my house spring Hill fl.

Job was effortless. From scheduling the quote to completing the repair. He came in a stocked truck. Looked at the issue. Gave me the very best price he could and completed the job in minutes. Very professional. Would definitely recommend again.

Felipe was prompt in his arrival for the estimate for electrical work. He was adamant about putting on shoe covers before entering my home, even though I told him that it was not necessary. He looked over the required details and explained everything about the three estimates that he gave me. I will be verifying the background of the company and the other companies that I called for estimates before deciding what to do next. Thank you for sending a very nice person for my estimate.

Matt was very thorough. He explained everything so you could understand it. He was honest, friendly and didn't try to sale you stuff you didn't need. He didn't rush you, made you feel comfortable and confident of his work. I will use them again in the future. Thanks Matt for the help when I needed it.

Tony was awesome! He was on time and very knowledgeable. He was also efficient and assured me, my family would be safe before he left.
