Great work guys!!! This plumbing job looks excellent! Thanks for coming on my property without my permission to repossess your salt generator and do a horrible hack job of replumbing and frying my pool pump that worked perfectly fine before! I hope all future customers read all these reviews before considering giving any money to economy pools.

Editing a prior (positive) review. This company should be avoided. The new guys who replaced Cory for weekly service would show up, skim the top, and leave. I work from home so I watched him do it. I called the office, and nothing changed. After the second time, I terminated my contract.

When my new company opened the filter for the first time, the attached pic is what they saw - this filter hadn't been opened or cleaned in quite some time.

I wasn't going to change my prior review, but when this company's incompetence jeopardizes the equipment that they themselves sold me and installed, that's beyond unacceptable.

There are plenty of pool companies down here. Do yourself a favor and find a different one.

I am beyond unhappy with your service. First the tech doesn't show for a whole week, and that was only his second week, then he shows up and stays about 10 minutes and left the pool as dirty as he found it. I took pictures right after he left and my camera took pictures of when he got here and when he left. He didn't do any of the things he said he did on the card since my camera showed exactly what he had with him and what he did. Here are pictures  of how he left my pool. I have  a lot more pictures

I called my bank and blocked any payment and requested a refund.

We have only been customers for 2 months and have had nothing but issues. They say they will be out but never show up. Our salt cell is broken and they can’t repair it. They say our pool doesn’t need chemicals because the salt cell is just faulting with a light, but still working….two days later our pool is green on the weekend and our kids can’t swim.

The worst part is the customer service! They lie and are rude.

Don’t let Pest Bear talk you into using these services. We will be canceling Pest Bear as well since they’re affiliated.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Worst company we've ever dealt with. Refused to clean our pool randomly saying there was something wrong with our suction and made us reach out to a specialist and pay for them to come out just to tell us that the only thing wrong was that the filter was dirty... something Economy Pools is supposed to clean every week. Instead of even checking the filter (because clearly they don't clean it) they made us jump through hoops to get a specialist out here and pay for them to say our filter is dirty. Our pool is disgusting because they have not cleaned it in 3 weeks, they come today to finally clean it and the guy looks at it and leaves and says now it's too dirty so we have to pay them $150 to deep clean it. Something that wouldn't have to be done had they not skipped servicing our pools for 3 weeks in a row. We pay to get the pool serviced every week and this is what they do. Seriously cannot recommend enough staying FAR away from this company. Picture of our current situation thanks to them

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Fiji Pools, the worst I’ve encountered with any pool company. They consistently fail to address issues and don’t even communicate when problems arise. Despite being scheduled for weekly service, my pool has been green for months without any attention from them. Yet, they still expect payment for their services.

When I called, the person who answered sounded like he was unwell and didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. The manager was supposed to come out to fix the pool, but nothing has improved. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience, and I can understand why they only have three stars.

Absolutely terrible service and the customer service is disrespectful. Our pool has been green all season, we replaced all of our equipment by their recommendations. After all said and done, still green. Their cleaners are in and out in less then 10 minutes, never tested the chemicals and barely cleaned. We had to put tons of money into ourselves. Switched companies and pool switched instantly and has been maintained. Don’t waste your time and money. FYI, the salt conversation cells they offer for “free” are complete trash.

This company is a joke. The first cleaning was great. Since then, the pool techs don't clean the pool and now I have yellow algae every week, which I haven't had for over ten years. Some weeks they don't show up at all. My pool is worse than when they started. I have contacted the company several times, but there has been no change in service.

Agree to prior reviews- zero stars.
They will “service” your pool by splashing acid all over your brand new travertine. Test water find no circulating chlorine (we tested ourselves) and think turn up the salt cell to generate more BUT ignore all the blinking lights indicating the cell isn’t functioning. Multiple calls tried to make it work. Canceled service via a text with a company employee to find out he never canceled service money deducted. Horrible customer service call with Chris- who claims there is no one higher up than him- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH FIJI/ECONOMY POOLS HORRIBLE
Stained white calcium build up on brand new pebble tech- poor chemical management per 3 other reputable companies.

This company kept saying they were cleaning my pool but my house keeper kept saying it was dirty. It was worse than when I managed it myself. I finally came in town and saw how bad it was. When I called the company, the lady said she couldn't send someone back today and my pool was cleaned at 9am, she then said it's just a little cloudy but it's clean. So I asked her to send me the picture and I realized they were sending the company bogus pictures. When I showed the manager the true pics, he didn't even want to refund me. I had to call several times for assistance and only a partial refund. I don't think they been cleaning my pool at all. This same company also charged me $400 to fix a leak and the leak was still there. I canceled my services and the new pool cleaner pointed out the leak and told me it was less than a 100 fix. Before I canceled, the repair guy was trying to tell me I needed a new pump. This company scammed me two ways and was trying for a third. Shame on us for giving this company a few chances to maintain our salt water pool. We may loose a lemon tree as a result. We noticed the pool tech was barely spending any time during maintenance (we work from home) and the pool started getting algae. Called to complain, the tech came out and spent more time and added phosphorus saying it was low, and he set the pool pump speed to about 1100. He poured the remaining chemicals in our yard that rolled down by our lemon tree which is now suffering. The next week algae is getting worse, he says he’s putting chemicals to shock the system, and the speed of pump still set low at 1100. We set pump speed higher to get chemicals moving but notice the pump system was struggling and not moving much water. We do know how to maintain the filter, and when we take it out it’s obviously been a while since they cleaned it. Took me 35 minutes to get out the build up, and now the system is running. Tech either lazy or doesn’t know how to clean and maintain a salt water pool. If we let it go on it may have burnt out our 1 year old variable speed pool pump. Pics tell it all. We think our salt cell isn’t working, which is also why we went with a service yet they haven’t appeared to even check or monitor if it works or not.

We have tried cleaning services for our office before and always have been disappointed for one reason or another. Our expectations are not unreasonable, we just want our staff and patients to come each day to a clean clinic. We have finally found that with Kris and Execukleen. What a relief to not need to worry about whether the office is properly cleaned. I am writing this review in case there is another office that faced what we did and is looking for someone who will keep their word when they say they will do a good job. Kris is attentive, responds fast and does what he says. For that I am grateful!
