Plumbing reviews in Opa-locka, Florida

I are very pleased with the work that was done by Brown Plumbing. The work was of good quality and very professional. I highly recommend them.

My 1st time calling and was received by a professional call taker Vanessa ensuring service...Service was prompt and professional technician was precise to the problem and ensured it was rectified...Will definitely use Brown Plumbing again...

I give Brown plumbing -1 stars. They do not return phone calls and do not stand by their workmanship. They also do not come for repairs when they says he will. What they have done in my house is a health hazard. Do not use this plumber.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Brown's Plumbing.

The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. Before he began the job, he explained what the job would cost. I was very happy with the turnaround time in which the job was performed.

Quick! Professional! Satisfaction! Hot water heater broke while out of town. Ordered the new tank online. Mr. Brown picked it up at Home Depot and installed it immediately.

Mr Brown did a fine plumbing work for me I would refer him to anyone who needs a job well done very professional.
Thank you Mr Brown looking forward to hire you again

Good honest plumber who was on time, diagnosed my draining issues & treated my property as if it was his. The estimated repair price didn't change after the work had started & he kept me informed during the repair.

Everyone was professional and courteous. Robert takes the time to explain what the problem is. He takes the time to make sure he is giving the best possible service. I have used them before and every time they show the same professionalism and care.

Mr Brown provided consultation on faulty work completed by another contractor. He provided detailed analysis and options on what I would need to do to correct the problem. I will definitely use him again.

Installed a complete home water filtration system. Mr. Brown performed Excellent work and very professional. Showed up on time and performed the work as explained. Left everything clean and explained how the system works. Highly recommended.

Mr. Brown was professional and is knowledgeable in his field. He is an honest plumber that will do what is best for the customer. I would recommend him to friends / family.

I would call this company in a heartbeat! After another plumber promised to show up and didn’t. I called Brown plumbing. Very professional, knowledgeable, clean and quick! Don’t miss the mark! When it don’t go down call Brown!!

If you go by the positive reviews on this page you would think that this is actually a reliable company but you are sadly mistaken. I called to book service and the operator gave me a time frame in which the Plummer should reach my house from 9 am to 12pm. I called at 12:05 to let them know that no one has called or tried to reach out to me in regards to my appointment. She stated that she would give the Plummer a call and ask him to call with a ETA. 2 hours later and still no call. I called another 2 times that day just to continue to get the run around. A supervisor finally reached out to me stating that someone will be at my house tomorrow at 1pm. Against my better judgement I agreed to try this company again. The following day I waited until 1:05pm and still no no call/no show. When I called the operator she stated that she can not control the Plummer's all she does is makes their schedule. This is not how you run a business. It is Nothing reliable nor professional about this company. If you are unable to do a job you should let the customer know not have them waiting all day just to say you cant come or you just do not show up at all. From the scheduling coordinators all the way down to the unprofessional Plummer's I would not recommend the Plumbing service to anyone!!!!!!!!

Mr. Brown was very helpful and very honest. He took his time to explain everything to me and give me all my options. His work was exceptional!! I definitely recommend him to everyone!!

Mr Brown arrived in a timely manner and was ready to explain and answer all questions. His modern equipment/technology provide me with confidence that he could/would resolve my problem. Happy to say, he did. BTW, I am a repeat customer.

Brown came out quick on a last minute call took care of my leak very fast and at a good price. Some other company’s said I would have to wait days for them to come out. Like I said Brown came out quick and took care of the job very professionally

Robert was awesome! He is very professional. He showed up early, has great pricing and up front when discussing the work. When he left everything was completely clean! I’d definitely recommend him to anyone.

Had an offensive and unconscionable plumbing incident that was very stressful. I searched online for a plumber since I'm new to the area and located Brown Plumbing. I placed a call that was answered immediately. Through my distress and anger of the situation Mr. Brown was knowledgeable, professional, and listened earnestly. He calmed my nerves greatly by explaining what needed to be done and agreed to take the job. When I got in later, my problem was resolved and I have had no further incidents since then. Thanks for quality services when it was most. Service provided was more than 5 stars and I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Planning multiple jobs at a condo we were leaving and house we were moving into was super easy with continued communication with Vanessa. Schedules and quotes were clear and fair. The Brown plumbing team is prompt, professional, and always courteous. I would highly recommend them for any job big or small.
