On May 27th, 2025 a tech a younger guy came to my home to clean my sofa, chaise, love seat, and dining table chairs. Which the only thing he clean good was my dinning table chairs. I was showing him where I can still see it wasn't touch right in places he didn't even touch on. He tells me ok cause the material is thicker. My son came in he said mama he did a sorry job.And a friend who visited me on Sunday she said she also could see it wasn't cleaned properly. I called Stanley Steemer and share with them how I wasn't please, they rescheduled me for Saturday just passed and I'm very pleased with the senior tech who came out to redo the job and he clearly could see my sofas wasn't properly cleaned and he went over all three and I was very happy with his work performance. When I need them again I will request the senior tech that came on Saturday. He did a dam good job. I'm satisfied. 😊

I called for a grout cleaning service and they did so so. Could not get to the clean that I or the tech really say it’s a difference. But the killer part is my tiles were chipped by the metal connectors of the hoses so now I need to call back and deal with this. Here is just a few pictures.

Stanley Steemer did a great job on the upholstery of our dining chairs that were beyond recognition. My grands will be surprised when they return from vacation.

Adriano was very professional and respectful. Arrived on time and explained the entire process to me. I wish I would've taken a before and after picture of my dirty couch to show how clean the couch looks after the service but it essentially looks brand new!

Definitely will be making this type of cleaning a yearly appointment!

Frank and Reynaldo are great. Not only they were on time, but they did a superb job. They were fast and efficient. My carpets are 22 y/o; Frank and Reynaldo gave them the best facelift ever. I have used Stanley Steemer for the past 21 years and this time I made the enormous mistake of hiring another company 2 days ago who supposedly gave my carpets “The Deluxe - service” which left my carpets stinking and looking worse than they were before and well… as you can see, I found myself fooled, so I called Stanley Steemer who came to my rescue. I cannot thank Frank and Renaldo more because they did an awesome A+ job. Thank you guys. ❤️
