I was skeptical seeing as the didn´t have much reviews, but I was in a pich as I was moving in and no one else was available, I AM SO GLAD I WENT WITH THEM. The did such an excellent job on a detailed cleaning for a move in, the home is brand new, I would highly recommend.

Only the kitchen was cleaned . The bedroom was not vacuumed, the patio not swept, the glass on the sliding door not cleaned, the front door not vacuumed or cobwebbed, the living room not swept, the passage not swept, the 1/2 bathroom not cleaned. They offered “deep cleaning “ and I opted for that, then the said I needed “move our cleaning “ for $30 more and I said fine. They left the place totally undone!

I was very clear that our new house needed a good scrub before we moved in. The 3 ladies they sent were chatty, not thorough, and slow. They told me it would take them 5 hours to do everything but I ended up sending them home at the end of the day before they even had a chance to do the backhouse (after 7 hours doing a 3 bdrm/4bthrm, 3 people!). I had them come back the next day to clean the dusty baseboards and mice droppings they hadn't cleaned the day before, and they weren't any better.
Wouldn't use them again, definitely not for the price they ask

I was looking for a company who could really assist in helping me organize my studio apartment as it was extremely cluttered and unorganized, I’m a nurse with crazy hours and have trouble keeping up with the home, I contracted merry maids based on a referral and they did not disappoint! The lady they sent her name was Karen and she was extremely kind and patient and left my apartment looking like a whole new home! I would definitely recommend merry maids in the future to any family/friends. It feels great coming home to a clean home! Thank you!

WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. CAMILO IS STUPID. HIRED HIM TO DO NEW ROOF, WINDOWS AND HURRICANE DOORS.... HE NEVER ANSWERED AND DIDN'T COMPLETE THE "2 MONTH JOB" FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR AND A HALF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOURSELVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service, and total lack of follow up. 7 months and they haven't finished the job, most of the work does not match what was requested and whats worst, they threaten you with lawyers and liens. Avoid at all cost.

I had a great experience with multitrade construction. I am happy with the results. The team was very professional and delivered the results in a good amount of time. This plus the good quality of the materials made the investment worth it.

If you want the worse service with leaking windows, their the guys. You are paying what you are getting, so just because price is good doesnt mean you will be happy. And they pay other people to write a 5 star review so dont believe their positive reviews.

After previous contractor failed to find the leak in my pool, I called Multitrade Construction. They took some time to locate the leak (which was in one of the walls of the pool). Once the leak was found, they quickly repaired it. They are very professionals and I am happy to recommend Multitrade Construction.

Terrible from start to finish!! 2-3 day installation took over 3 months. Then hurricane Irma comes and all my windows leak... my whole house flooding. it’s december they still have yet to come help fix at all or even a phone call. Worse company ever Lazaro is so disrespectful. Got them through ygrene program have mAde serveral complaints to ygrene still no help. Guess I need to report to better business bureau maybe get a lawyer. Spend $24,000 for hurricane windows that leak water within 12 months of install ridiclous don’t waste your time with this company!!!!!!
