Reviews of local pros in Opa-locka, Florida

I recently had the pleasure of working with Statewide Septic for some septic work, and I must say, I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Juan, in particular, was fantastic with customer service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and needs were met. Statewide Septic is definitely an excellent choice for anything you need regarding septic work. I highly recommend them for their top-notch service and dedication to customer satisfaction

We had Swift Electric Generators do a annual service on our home generator. They where quick to respond and price was also good.

I had them install a new full home generator for my house, and I'm extremely satisfied. They explained everything to me very well, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, and all of the guys were very nice, professional, and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I Highly recommend!

Excellent Service and unbeatable prices.

Bueno

Very unprofessional. Their website lists floor heating and when I called to inquire about it, the person said they don’t do it and hung up on me within 25 seconds

Very professional and committed. Highly recommended.

Very Disappointing Customer Service
I called to inquire about sauna electrical repair, which is listed on their website, but the customer service was shockingly rude. When I mentioned the service was advertised, the representative yelled, "NO SORRY WE DON'T DO IT OH WELL!" without offering any help or professionalism and hung up. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Would not recommend based on this interaction.
