I just received my first pest control service with Mantis and Miss Kourtney took very good care of my shop. I believe she looked at every square inch both inside and out and we talked about her method of taking care of potential problems. I could not be any more confident in a pest control company.

Mantis is the best! We had an issue where rodents had made a nest in our whole house generator! Courtney came out and cleaned it out and put some bait stations in the area.

Kourtney is an absolute professional. She showed up on time as promised, went straight to my problem area, knew exactly how to treat the area and took care of those pesky crazy ants! Elsie took my call immediately and scheduled Kourtney to come out within a small window of time I had available. Mantis is absolutely the best pest control professionals in town! Did a sod job for customer and will not contact back for payment. It is to my belief they are scammers.

Dennis and his crew did a fabulous job cutting down 2 trees on our property for a very fair price.

Would not recommend. Only 2 man crew, 4-5 hour short workdays, project took several days, including weekend. Large trucks and heavy equipment damaged yard and landscaping. Trucks, trailers and other equipment left in yard overnight during project.

Dennis was excellent. It was pouring rain and he waited in the car until it let up. He provided great service and quick too! I will definitely use this company in the future!! #beautifultreeservice,Inc

Very happy with the services -- tree cut down and stump grinded, and shrubs were planted, fertilized & watered. Work was done professionally and thoroughly, and cleanup was excellent. Dennis was personable and educated me on how to properly care for the hedge. Not many landscapers are willing to take the time out to talk to the customer on how to properly care for plants, hedges, etc. but Dennis gave me vital information on successfully cultivating my shrubs. The price was excellent -- much better than all the other estimates. Thank you Dennis for your hard work.

Roger and his team are phenomenal!

I wanna thank these wonderful group of guys for doing a wonderful job! They done a excellent job at removing,trimming, and grinding my stumps. They done great at cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend these guys. They laid mats down not to mark up the yard.

I had called 3 other companies for an estimate and Tree Life was the only one who called back in less than 10 minutes. I live in VA but I was visiting my mother in October 20202 in Orange Park, and I noticed that the neighbor’s tree was getting into my mothers electricity lines. Tree Life did an awesome job because they went beyond what I expected. They tied the electricity cables before they trimmed the dangerous branches. They not only trimmed the branches but removed a huge branch which it would had feel in top of lines. They said it was a dead branch and it would had fell on the lines that go from the street to the house. I AM VERY HAPPY with their job. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. They were professional and they were on time to do the work

This company, Roger and his team did an excellent job in removing 3 tree branches/bushes/limbs from overgrown and normal maintenance every few years. Roger was upfront, honest and fair with his pricing. I enjoyed chatting with him and stored their number in my phone as I will be calling them again in the future! Thanks again! A+++

I live in Mandarin on a wooded lot and have had several tree companies come out over the years. I can honestly say that Roger and Tree Life 1 were the absolute best. Not only was the price very fair, Roger and the gang went above and beyond to take care of a dangerous tree and some others and even stump grinded everything, again at a very reasonable price. I originally planned on getting 3 estimates but after speaking with Roger and getting his estimate, I canceled the other two as I know there was no way they would be able to match.

Exceptionally pleased with the work and clean-up afterwards. A week after completing the job, I received a cool "thank you" card in the mail from Roger, what other tree company does that? I wouldn't hesitate one second to call them back again so don't waste your time calling anyone else. Thank you Roger!

By the way, he drives a really cool truck!

Extremely rude and disrespectful, would not recommend this business to anyone. The only reason I gave one star is because I had to give at least one to post. Should be an option for negative stars!

Website said WORKS WITH ALL RYOBI BATTERY POWERED EDGERS so I bought an 18v edger and it did not, when I called for help the actual owner / inventor of the product answered the phone and was very very rude and argued with me stating that the website did not say it worked with all ryobi battery power edgers and that he was looking directly at the website and it never said that... so he just happened to have his computer on his website the min I called??? Again he was wrong because his OWN site said it worked with ALL RYOBI BATTERY POWER EDGERS I have pic to prove it. Maybe he should treat his customers with more respect and be a little less cocky. If you were so smart to invent that product maybe be smart enough to put the right info on your website and not argue with your customers and instead try to help them out.
I would of given you a good review on the product you sold me but I won’t because of your attitude!!! Learn how to treat your customers the proper way next time.

UPDATE!!! Website has made proper changes after my complaint and His wife did reach out to me an apologized for husbands way of treating his customers witch was very appreciated, but He should of been the one to apologize. It is a great tool that nobody else makes and you have a goldmine here. Treat your customers with kindness and respect and you will go very far.
