Amazing service from an amazing person. Zach was very attentive and helpful, very funny and kind as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me out with my nightmare of a back patio. He exceeded my expectations and gave me some suggestions on other things I’ve been having trouble with in the back. He told me exactly what to expect and asked me about things I might want to move a bit more so they don’t get damaged. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this guy and if he is the type of person that this company hires then obviously there are great people running it as well. I knew I was going to have a good experience with these guys but wow I am just blown away. I will be referring you guys and zach specifically to all of my customers as well as friends and neighbors. I am using Proper Exterior cleaning since last 4 years. Austin is very nice and down to earth guy. Today I did drive way and Patio cleaning. Zack was the guy who did this amazing job. Zack took care of thing in very detail. He was very professional and co-operative guy. I am going to use this service for upcoming years for sure.

Very nice! I only needed a small concrete slab power washed, so I gave them a call. They answered right away and scheduled me for the next day. They were friendly, efficient, and I’m impressed with the service overall. Would highly suggest!

I am extremely impressed with the service provided! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Quick to respond to my questions beforehand. Sean and Julian were very professional, went over all the work to be done, and asked if we had any questions or concerns prior to starting. I thought the exterior of my house was semi clean before, but I was wrong. House looks amazing now! Proper Exterior Cleaning did a fantastic job for our spring clean-up including paver cleaning, sealing and house washing. I would highly recommend Austin and his team. Second update, this business owner has turned a negative into a positive and is now cleaning the front of my house as a courtesy. He is clearly committed to the reputation of his company and has provided excellent service today. I am very impressed with Austin and his crew!

This company cleaned my two neighbors yards yesterday and was kind enough to leave all of the mud at the end of my driveway for me to drive through, track up onto my pavement and ultimately cleanup. I made two calls to the owner Austin today and received no callback as of yet. My wonderful yard crew is actually helping me with the cleanup but it was several shovels full of mud and silt that resulted from the cleaning of their properties left at the end of my driveway.

UPDATE- Austin is that my house now and is cleaning up the mess from yesterday. He apologized and was sincere and very nice. I’m impressed with a company that addresses something like this so quickly. He just showed up to fix the problem. So I’ve changed my rating from one star to four stars. I did not hire them but again had issues from the cleaning next-door.

I have no clue what the reviews are talking about!! This company has been nothing but great and affordable also has amazing customer service skills!!
