Terrible service. Signed up for pest and lawn care in August. They finally got me scheduled after not finding my initial paperwork from when Thomas Finnegan came out. Pest control was to be quarterly and lawn was monthly. They just came out in September for both, pest 9/5 and lawn not until 9/24. Yesterday I got a call from Sean, the pest tech, to tell me he was coming out tomorrow for the 30 day follow up. I was happy cause I was having a lot of pests still and asked the technician, Sean, if there was a charge for this and he told me no as I just started last month and my service is quarterly. There was not supposed to be a charge for visits in between quarterly sprays. He came out just did the areas I was having issues at. Then I get an invoice for a bill. I was lied to. I was already unhappy with the amount of bugs I was still having and thought I was getting a free touch up but now their office is trying to say the 30 day follow up starts the quarterlies. How? Quarterly is every 3 months so I didn’t except my next quarterly spray until December.
Don’t trust this company. They are dishonest and lie when asked about fees prior to a service just so they can come out and charge you afterwards.

Briscar Lawn & Landscape LLC cleaned out and rocked several large planting beds in my back yard. The guys were professional and courteous. They completed the beds quickly and cleaned up the mess right away. While waiting for the rock to arrive they installed a new sprinkler and hooked up my outdoor light system.

Great to work with! He communicates clearly and always keeps me updated on any changes or new details. He’s very reliable and right on time — and if something ever comes up, he lets me know right away so I’m never left guessing. I really appreciate the professionalism and the effort he puts into making sure I’m informed. Highly recommend!
