I’ve used Fish Window Cleaning for years now I use them that I’m in Jacksonville. This franchise is top notch. Very professional!

We were very impressed with the service we received. The gentleman was professional and thorough and our windows were crystal clear when he was finished.

They a punctual, efficient, and reasonably priced. The one time I've had an issue with them, a manager was out to review the work done within a couple hours and rectified the issue himself. Never had the issue again. Good company. Good people.

I scheduled Fish Window Cleaning to clean my windows and a chandelier.
I wanted them to be the last thing to do prior to placing my home for sale. The came out right a way and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the price.
I was assured they would get the job done. I called them on Friday to make sure they were coming the following week to do the work and was told that everyone is scheduled for vacation and that I was not on their schedule I was told that they had my estimate but that I had not been scheduled. They said they would try to find someone. I called back on Monday afternoon and was told they could come the following Monday. Unfortunately I plan to put my house on the market prior to Monday so that does not fit in to my plan. They have left me in a bad situation because everyone is scheduled out for three weeks which is why I scheduled them in advance. Based on this experience I would not use this company in Jacksonville, Florida. They have proven to be unreliable.

Great company to work with. We setup monthly cleaning and they are here every month. Do not have to track them down or call for service (hard to find now a days). Highly recommend.

Fish has been cleaning our windows and doors now for the last 5 months and they always are on time and do a quality job. Very friendly customer service, and very reasonable prices!

I have four large glass sliding doors cleaned every few months by Fish. They are absolutely the best. Ryan does them and he always goes out of his way to do the best job!!

Mike is amazing! Our windows and glass are spotless when he’s done. We are a fitness studio with a lot of fingerprints and sweat spots and Mike ALWAYS leaves with it looking perfect. Would never recommend anywhere else.

I had my windows cleaned yesterday by technician Justin. He was very polite and tidy, removing his shoes when entering my home from working on the outside windows.
When I originally called they sent someone out the same day to give me a written estimate. They also worked with me to get the job done the very next day. I would highly recommend Fish Window Cleaning. Their service is stellar and the price was reasonable.

I reside in NC. My daddy lives in Jax., FL and we lean on Fish Window Cleaning to help us keep my parents home in tip-top condition. I was raised on cleaning windows and screens. So, the expense of clean windows is a must. I don’t have to call them, they have it set up based on my request to contact me to arrange their cleaning. The level of friendliness of this establishment is unprecedented. I cannot say much as to the quality of their work because I simply delivered a package there. There were three employees inside and each one of them had genuine smiles, offers of refreshments, and overall friendly demeanors…knowing I wasn’t there to use their services. Then when I was leaving a fourth employee was entering the business with the same energy! In a world where friendliness and customer service is lacking, the interaction solidified my choice if I ever need my windows washed. Thank you!!
