I’ll begin with the office staff and cleaners were as nice as can be! The office offered to come back. We had them clean 3 of our houses. 2 screens were left out. 1 window was not cleaned at all. We were not asked if we wanted a final walk-through. I also left a tip on the counter and really thought they would ask us to check everything before they took it and left.
As far as the windows that were cleaned, they went so fast, final product was just ok. The window sills/frames were not cleaned very well nor were the screens.

Fish Window Cleaning responded quickly to my initial inquiry, which stood out since I’m still waiting on quotes from other companies. Brandon came to my home, checked all the windows and doors, and provided a clear written quote for inside and outside cleaning.

The technician who arrived was very friendly and explained that he would begin the work and his boss would come to finish. He carefully removed the screens without scratching the sills and did a fantastic job. His boss arrived shortly after, completed the inside cleaning, replaced all the screens, and made sure everything looked perfect.

My windows and doors were gleaming when they finished. They even caught a couple of small smudges and cleaned them without me asking. Excellent service all around.

Today was the first time they cleaned our house. They were excellent, very professional and detailed. The house sparkles. We are now going to have them every 2 weeks.
