This is the best experience,that I've have with any air conditioner company.If A 100 stars was available to pick he would get all of them. Just to give a little testimony my air conditioner went out the beginning of the summer, I called the warranty company, they gave me an estimate,and said 2 of my major part needed to be fix plus freon totaling about $1700.00.. So we wanted A 2nd opinion and called Givens AC solution.Turned out we only needed 1 part and no Freon.Totaling $250.and everything that the warranty company said was wrong..Now I don't know about yall but that's a BIG problem for me.. So I say all that to say this Thank you, Travis at Givens AC solutions for your Honesty. You now have a 4ever customer...

Would highly recommend Travis Givens to anyone needing AC work. Our upstairs AC unit went out and Travis put together a great deal for us and worked on it even thought it was raining and got it fixed for us like he promissed. Thank you my friend.

After several attempts from other hvac companies. Travis was able resolve the issue with my mother's house. Her house is now cooling without issues. I am very grateful Travis was able to come up with a resolution. My mother is in her 70's and takes care of 2 of her great grand children. I highly recommend him.

Travis was great! My realtor referred him to me last year (2021) and he diagnosed the problem (for free) over the phone and fixed the problem without even coming to us! I always said If we had any other issues he would be my first call. Well In March 2022 we had another issue and i texted him on a Saturday around 5pm asking for him to call me Monday and he called me back and was on his way Within the hour! He had our AC back up and running and the house cooled off in 3 hours.

Travis came highly recommended and definitely met that word of fellow neighbors and resources. My AC went out during the beginning of Covid times and he worked with me to figure everything out and did a fantastic job installing and a great price that I couldn’t beat. Givens AC was and has been spectacular, they came out after hours on a Sunday to assess and fix my AC in the middle of the summer, also had an AC replaced by them, communication is easy, and always willing to answer questions without hesitation, 10/10 would recommend!!

Contacted Givens AC Solutions after an AC Company came to my home and couldn’t give me a definitive diagnosis and wanted to take part of the unit to diagnose it or tear my floor up. Mr. Givens came out and within two days had my unit running. During this process he explained everything to me and was very professional and ensured that I didn’t have to go days or weeks without my air conditioner like the other company suggested. I will definitely recommend Givens AC Solution for all of your AC needs. If you have a home warranty company be aware of those people they send it’s a scam!

Travis is a reliable and trustworthy. I reached out to him through their Facebook account late on a Sunday night and he responded. Came by Monday morning and was able to let me know my fam was the issue. Was able to grease it up to keep it working till he could get the new fan on Tuesday. Came over and fixed it. Fair price. Travis was the MVP of the weekend! My AC unit had a failing coil unit that froze all of the air flow. Travis was super helpful & flexible. He answered all of my questions even before I fully asked him to help. I was super hot & annoyed & wanted to speed things up. He made the calls to get the supply house opened after hours, gave me clear pricing, sent the invoices & receipts. His work spoke for itself. He was teaching while he was working & showing me different things to look for. Less than an hour after him finishing the job, my house’s temperature dropped 2 degrees, which was a serious relief.
