I lucked up on Travis as I had an issue with my water heater about 8 years ago. Not only was he able to fix the water heater, he also became my go to guy for maintenance on my units for primary home and rental property (he even replaced the whole unit as it 12 years old at the time). I highly recommend for HVAC services as I still use him for services.

Givens AC Solutions is always a pleasure to work with. Travis is extremely hard working, thorough, and very responsive. We recently had him come by to do a summer tune up on our AC units and as suspected, our upstairs unit needed to be replaced, which of course was a stressful expensive thing to hear. However, Travis made the process pain free, gave wonderful tips, fair pricing and had our new AC up and running in a couple of days. I will continue to recommend Givens AC Solutions to anyone that asks for an "AC guy". As a perk to his incredible work ethic, he is also so polite, kind and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When you live in Florida and come home from work in June to your AC not working, you panic!! We panicked initially but my husband said “message Travis!” He answered back within a few minutes and said he could come by the same evening…and he was there within the hour! Upon arriving at our home and checking something outside, he knew the exact cause of our issue and told us the plan of action. He had us back to business as usual, using our blankets on the couch in the middle of summer, in less than half an hour. He is always friendly and polite and very mindful about everything he does, down to slipping his shoes off and on as many times as needed while running outside to inside and back. He’s saved in my contacts as “Our AC Guy” and that’s how he’ll stay! If you have any issues with your AC do NOT hesitate to call him!!

We ended up going with a high efficiency, inverter system which he installed a few days later. Five stars in my opinion have to be earned. Travis was recommended through a friend and he did not disappoint! I called him, left a voicemail and he responded timely. After speaking with Travis he explained that there would be 2 customers before me. He promptly sent me a text stating that he was on his way. After introduction, instantly knew he was the guy. Great manners, very honest positive energy! He walked me through everything that he was doing and had me back up and running in less than an hour. Travis provided some great tips and routine maintenance ideas. It's great to have a local veteran-owned business that's honest and provides top notch service!

I don't do reviews often, but this business is AMAZING!! The fear of summer heat (yes, even in autumn, because... southern heat hits differently) is SO real, so as soon as you see your thermostat creeping upward, you PANIC!!!! Well, I panicked. I knew who to call though, and Travis showed up SO fast and fixed my issues, with every tool necessary in case it wasn't what I thought was the problem (also, I was wrong.. and yes, he fixed it). If you have a problem, this business should be your 1st call!!!!!

I don’t even know where to start. Even before I was a customer he was kind enough to walk me through why my ac was backing up and water over flowing.
