Angelo Cantiti was present to oversee complete Roof Replacement. Crew Chief Israel and his crew were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable on all details described before commencement of install. They paid particular attention to keeping the work area clean of nails and debris.

Justin and the roofing crew were great to deal with. Justin had to work hard because my insurance company was trying to manipulate me into making repairs when replacement was needed, and Beaver home stepped up and went to bat for me. After a long battle, lawyers, national adjuster, etc., they got the insurance company to cover the storm damage they were obligated to from the beginning. 16 months later and I have a new roof. The workers were polite, fast, and cleaned up the mess when finished. If you have damage to your roof, or just need a replacement get ahold of Justin and he will take care of you!

Beaver replaced the roof on my house and did a fantastic job ! The foreman stayed on site for the entire job (done in one day!) and made sure all codes and safety regulations were followed. Quality work and materials. Outstanding job from start to cleanup!!!

Biggest scam around. Started off by being contacted by door to door salesman around October 2024 which was red flag number one. I reluctantly went with their pitch of getting my roof fixed due to storm damage next thing I know 5 months and several phone calls later when I finally gave up and went with another company. They decided that wasn't going to fly and I still had to pay $2,000 and they immediately state on their invoices they will sue you if you don't pay right away.

To save anyone the trouble please don't business with them and if you want to cancel you only have 7 days from signing and they can't do any work to your property.

Can't say enough about Beaver Home Services! From the time of the hailstorm Kip did a free inspection of my roof and determined a new roof was needed. From there on he took care of everything from working with my insurance to coordinating all the work to be done. They use top of the line materials and did great work. Kip was always available to answer any questions or concerns. All you have to pay out of pocket is whatever your deductible amount is. In my case there was other very minor damage the insurance paid for that I chose to not fix and take the money instead. This more than made up for my deductible. I got a brand new top quality roof, new gutters and gutter guards at no cost to me done right by top quality people. I couldn't ask for more.

I must admit I was hesitant on dealing with the company due to some of the online reviews and because it was fairly new to the roofing business. This company was referred to us by a co-worker and our experience was top notch. We worked with Joseph H. who was truly a man of his word. He was professional, kept us updated every step of the way from the inspection to installation and completion. He listed to our concerns and took his time addressing every one of them. The installation crew was fast and respected our property. All discarded material and nails was cleaned up each day (2 days) they were at our home leaving our yard clear of all waste. I've heard nightmare experiences from other neighbors in our subdivision who used other roofing companies. This made me all the more grateful we went with Beaver Homes. We received 3 quotes from different companies and were trying to figure out what to do next. A representative from Beaver knocked on our door for a free roof inspection and we agreed. Brian handled everything with our adjuster, and within a month, a claim was submitted and approved with our insurance company, and the roof was scheduled. Brian kept in communication with us the whole time, and the tear off and installation took one day. We were very pleased with Beaver and the quick turnaround for our new roof. HOWEVER, the claims about no communication are CORRECT. If you experience a problem after the installation, you will NOT get assistance. No one will respond to your calls or texts. No matter HOW MANY times you call or text. Take that into consideration when deciding.
