My roof was leaking and I called Beaver Homes to fix the roof. Everytime they thought they fixed the leak it would leak again. They were very kind and didn't stop until they knew what the problem was. Brent was very patient, understanding, and most of all; very caring about the issue with the roof. Throughout the whole process, Brent was engaging...shall I dare say, Sherlock Holmes like. Once the problem was found, Brett wasted no time in correcting the issue. I'm very grateful for his efforts and tenacious attitude.

Cody was so wonderful to work with. I needed a roof inspection and Cody helped me make a claim with my insurance company to have it re roofed.
Unfortunately, my insurance company would not allow me to utilize Beaver to do the work.

My wife and I used Beaver Home Services for our new roof less than two days ago. We met Rick H, last year when they were doing home inspections. He definitely told us we would get a new roof no matter what it takes. He was very professional always responsive always answered my text and my calls and after waiting several months for approval they fought for us and we got a new roof. I highly recommend Rick and Beaver Home Services Roofing for Anyone looking for a professional Roof installation and he always made us feel welcome. Amazing company amazing workers and I appreciate all they have done for us. Excellent job! We can’t thank you enough brother. 👍🏻

Few years back their salesman quoted me over the phone, sight unseen, 8k for a roof over. I hadn't had this done on my home before, so I didn't think anything was wrong with it. They took a $5k down payment and sat on it for an entire year, without fixing my leaking roof. At the end of which, they returned my deposit, with a hurricane imminent. That this business is crooked and heartless seems entirely obvious, and I've no idea why they did that to us. No explanation was forthcoming. I'd caution against using this business, especially if you're in a precarious situation like we were. They may do the same thing to you.

A severe hailstorm prompted many roofing companies to visit our area with the express purpose of replacing damaged roofs via home owners insurance. After turning away at least eight companies, Beaver’s professional and friendly approach encouraged us to talk to them. We’re so glad we did. They shepherded us through the entire claim process, working directly with our insurance company. They laid out a timeline and kept to it. Every team member we worked with was professional and courteous. The roofers were outstanding in their performance as was the gutter guy! Costs incurred due to damage to a tree, for which we had to get an arborist, were covered without question. The entire process could not have been easier. I recommended the company to friends and note that three other houses in our neighborhood are using them. Our insurance company paid for everything minus the $1000 deductible. We would not have known where to start. Beaver made the whole new roof and gutters process easy.

I had a good experience with BHS from the start!!! After the install I had a interior issue and gave Rick D a call to get it resolved asap!!! If you're interested in a new roof give them a call!!!!

My journey with Beaver Home Services, began a year or more when Davon Woolf, from Beaver ask me if he could give me a free estimate of my roof. Once he determined that I needed a new roof he worked directly with my insurance company. The hardest part was waiting on the insurance company to communicate with Beaver so the checks could be cut. Also I was in and our of the hospital. I wasn't as patient as I could have been, I guess that's the old hurry up and wait in me as a retired Marine. Davon was very patient and understanding with me.
October 17th of 2025. My home transformed. A crew of four, maybe five quietly arrived, did there job and quietly left. They were better than Force Recon from back in my day. If you are in need of a roof or repair, go with Beaver. I did and im happy I did.

Beaver home services did a great job on our roof install !!! From day one dealing with Michael Ross this process has been amazing. Kyle B who was the supervisor of this install stayed available throughout. He even came back afterwards to help close our gable vents because we wanted better ventilation. The crew lead Andes worked so hard with his crew and had an amazing attitude from start to finish !!! If I could ever recommend a company for roofing I would tell you to give Beaver Home Services a call 🦫🤙 😁

Had new roof put on by Beaver 2.3 years ago, saw a barely noticeable spot in ceiling, called them, in 18hrs they sent out a tech, he walked whole roof, could not find an issue but told me to keep an eye on spot and if an issue arose within 10 years,(30 on shingles) it would be repaired under their standard warranty. Great Company to work with! Thanks for walking my roof Rick.
