Travis is a reliable and trustworthy. I reached out to him through their Facebook account late on a Sunday night and he responded. Came by Monday morning and was able to let me know my fam was the issue. Was able to grease it up to keep it working till he could get the new fan on Tuesday. Came over and fixed it. Fair price. He could have easily told me I needed a new system since mine is old. But he didn’t and that what makes him highly recommendable. Thank you

Travis was the MVP of the weekend! My AC unit had a failing coil unit that froze all of the air flow. Travis was super helpful & flexible. He answered all of my questions even before I fully asked him to help. I was super hot & annoyed & wanted to speed things up. He made the calls to get the supply house opened after hours, gave me clear pricing, sent the invoices & receipts. His work spoke for itself. He was teaching while he was working & showing me different things to look for. Less than an hour after him finishing the job, my house’s temperature dropped 2 degrees, which was a serious relief. Givens AC Solutions is always a pleasure to work with. Travis is extremely hard working, thorough, and very responsive. We recently had him come by to do a summer tune up on our AC units and as suspected, our upstairs unit needed to be replaced, which of course was a stressful expensive thing to hear. When you live in Florida and come home from work in June to your AC not working, you panic!! We panicked initially but my husband said “message Travis!” He answered back within a few minutes and said he could come by the same evening…and he was there within the hour! Upon arriving at our home and checking something outside, he knew the exact cause of our issue and told us the plan of action. He had us back to business as usual, using our blankets on the couch in the middle of summer, in less than half an hour. He is always friendly and polite and very mindful about everything he does, down to slipping his shoes off and on as many times as needed while running outside to inside and back. He’s saved in my contacts as “Our AC Guy” and that’s how he’ll stay! If you have any issues with your AC do NOT hesitate to call him!!
