Only giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an available option.

I own a Samsung refrigerator/freezer, purchased at Costco. I called Samsung customer service, which ultimately identified my problem as requiring a service call. The call was tentatively scheduled for today, and referred to Home Service Network, Inc. ("HSN"), a service subcontractor to Samsung. HSN called to confirm the appointment, and we set the time for between 12pm and 4pm today, 1/9/2020 (this is after I requested a MORNING appointment with Samsung). This morning, I received an e-mail confirming my service appointment for TOMORROW! The e-mail said I should call the number it contained if there was an issue; however, there was no number in the e-mail. When I called the local office, the phone rang and rang and was never picked up. When I called HSN's main office, the person with whom I spoke said that she could see where the appointment was "written" on the calendar for today but was "in the system" as being for tomorrow. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said she IS the manager. When I said that she needed to get somebody out TODAY as promised, she said that she was "sorry" but could not do that - and she is the MANAGER. When I pointed out that blaming computer systems for human error was a cop out, and that their BBB "F" rating and ratings between 1 and 2 stars on Google and Facebook seem to indicate a pattern, she simply asked if I "wanted to reschedule or not". I informed her I would be calling Samsung and demanding service from another provider.

If I could give a zero as a rating for the tech, Anthony Andrews, I would. He was sent out by Samsung to fix my 2 month old dishwasher after it signaled that there was a leak and shut itself off. He pulled it apart and found water in the pan underneath it which was soaking the sensor. He drained the water then turned it on and off a few times....then declared that he couldn't figure out where the water was coming from so it must be fixed! It's not fixed. It's not even back in the wall. He left it uninstalled with the rack on my new floors and wet towels all over. He was rude and confrontational when I was asking him why he wouldn't install it. He said that they did reinstall and that they didn't reinstall. He couldn't make up his kind. He was very confusing and rude. He left abruptly and reported me to his dispatcher that I was rude. When I called the Samsung Service center, she told me your company was refusing to send another tech. No problem. I will make sure everyone I know does not to use your services. If I had known from the start that your company only has 1.5 stars for service, I would have insisted on a better company to work on my appliances....a reputable company is coming tomorrow to make sure your tech didn't mess anything else up since he obviously didn't fix the problem he was called out for and left a huge mess.

Called Samsung for a tv and they were referring to me. Called them multiple times to schedule a repair and took a lot. When they finally came, tech plug cable and tv was working for a period of time. But only connecting the cable was able to diagnose without even opening the tv at all. They took $120 from us and never heard of them again. They said they were going to comeback until part will get there. Please don’t use them. I already called Samsung to complain and at the end. I went to Ebay, find quad city electronics and they were able to repair the power board without hesitation. Thats what I was expecting from this company…..

If you have q tv with problems, reach out to them QUAD CITY ELECTRONIC FROM EBAY
