Fidel and his crew have done many jobs for me and their professionalism is second to none. I highly recommend them.

I reached out to them to inquire about their pricing, and unfortunately my experience was unprofessional. The representative I spoke with was dismissive and seemed irritated by my questions. It was clear that they were not interested in helping me fully understand their pricing structure, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential customer. As a result, I cannot recommend based on my experience.

I highly recommend this company for any and all custom bathroom needs. I purchased my townhouse a few months back and the master bathroom was, let’s just say very outdated. The vanity was old, there were cracks in the tile in the shower, and the toilet also needed to be replaced. I was given this company's name by a friend of mine who also used him/them to redo their shower and I was blown away by how amazing their shower looked. They walked me through the quote, told me exactly where to look when picking out the tile I wanted, and got me scheduled the very next week. He went above and beyond by not only redoing my shower completely, but he also hung mirrors, removed the old light about the vanity and installed two new ones, added additional flooring under the vanity, and put in a brand new toilet. I had to travel for work on the days he was working on everything so he was there alone and never once did I worry. His professionalism and amazing communication skills put me at ease. Definitely use him for any of your custom bathroom needs.

We had called several other company's for 2 months and some came and gave us prices others never showed up. When we called FMC they came and gave us a fair price and a date to do the work. I was expecting them not to show just like other company’s. I was so excited that he texts me to check if we had everything ready. We said we would be ready and just as promised they were here on time and very professional. They installed the tile and grout for the room. When they were finished you would not know anyone was here. They cleaned everything. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Fidel completed several projects when we completely renovated our house including floor/shower/backsplash tile, many plumbing projects, installing baseboards, door frames, doors, door handles, and more. He holds himself to a high standard, and asked great questions about our specific needs. In addition, he is a pleasure to work with, patient with curious dogs and children, and fast became a family friend. Fidel is also the most responsive and reliable contractor we hired for our total house renovation. We will hire Fidel for more work at our home and we give him our highest recommendation.

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T LET FIDEL IN YOUR HOUSE. We had a complete new floor put in by Fidel and his uncle. Not only did Fidel take $4,500 from us for the install, but when we noticed several tiles were poorly installed and angled up, as well as bad grout, he never came to see the issue, but sent texts stating that he would give us some money back ($500 for materials and pay another installer to fix). Fidel didn't send money then went quiet and not answered my calls/texts for at least a month. I then went to his registered business address (He has two) on Saturday and was very polite, were he again promised me money back to fix, but he needed until today. Well today he is now stating that he would sue me for harassing him. I have all the texts and recordings of him promising to give us some money back and that he would make it right. I'm now having to go to a small claims court to get some money back to fix everything. This has caused my wife and myself severe stress. Fidel is nothing other than a con man. Please use a respectable tiling company and stay away from cowboys like him. Please reach out to me if you want any further clarification / insight.

I’m really happy with the service. They demolished a wall in the house and cut a new opening, and kept the job site clean. Everything was done professionally and turned out great. Highly recommend!
