Constraction reviews in Orlando, Florida

Excellent services! Professional and carried out on time. Dennis was very thoughtful and explained everything and all the procedures. I have no reservation in recommending his company. Thank you Dennis.

I have to write a review and I don’t write many about the excellent service, professionalism, and expertise that I was shown by the team at A1 Inspection Services. The owner explained everything that was involved in the home inspection, what to look for, and the cost associated with inspections for my potential buy. His motto of putting people before profit really shines through in his work ethic. He was thorough, punctual, and very knowledgeable about plumbing, electrical, and construction of the home. I can say without a doubt I will use his company again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

These Guys deserve 5 stars. I just recently used them for my home inspection they where recommended and man what a great husband and wife team. Dennis and his wife really goes out of their way to make recommendations and their inspections are thorough. They really make sure that you as a customer are completely satisfied.

I could keep on and on but in all honesty would highly recommended.

I have had Dennis and Karla involved in 3 home inspections -- they both saved me from a nightmare home purchase that would have put me in a $60k+ hole years down the road! I could not recommend A1 Home Inspections enough.
They are fantastic at what they do and clearly care about giving accurate feedback, tips, tricks, and anything they can help a buyer with in the long haul. Their # 1 priority is looking out for their client, as any licensed home inspector should -- I've experienced some who prioritize the transaction more than the client -- not ok! They will forever be a part of my team in any and all future home purchases. Not to mention they are a pleasure to deal with and quite the humorous pair :) 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommend!

Dennis and Karla were used by the interested buyer of our home to do a home inspection. We were a little uneasy about the process having had a recent home inspection done by a Zillow inspector who gave us what we felt was a derogatory report based on mostly cosmetic issues and claimed that things were not functioning properly that clearly were. It was a completely different experience with Dennis and Karla. They noticed that we put a lot of effort into keeping our 15 year old home in good condition and that everything was operating properly. Dennis did however notice cracks in the stucco of our home, which we attempted to repair, but advised us that our builder had actually applied the stucco improperly and that it had to be professionally repaired. He guided us in what to do by telling us to file a claim with our insurance so that this would not be a 100% cost to us.
We greatly appreciated his expertise and honesty during this process.

3rd time using their service and always impressed! Dennis is very thorough and cares about your purchase. Even my realtor was impressed with his work! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much Dennis!

Dennis is professional, funny, and polite. Very open to listening to any questions or concerns you have and gives you an accurate and detailed response. Dennis will tell it how it is and won’t sugar coat if there’s anything wrong with the property you’re purchasing. A1 is everything you need in a home inspection and more! I was recommended to him by my brother who also got his inspection done by A1. Don’t regret regret it for a second. Also, did I mention the price? Great price compared to other inspection companies. GO WITH A1!!!

I am using Dennis for my second personal home inspection. I am a Realtor and I also recommend him to my customers. Dennis and Karla are both very kind and professional. You know you have a good inspector when they take the time to teach you about your potential property and give you tips to fix minor issues. I love them and will continue to use them every chance I get. It helps that they usually have a fast response time also.

Highly recommend A-1 home inspections! Dennis and Karla were very knowledgeable and excited to share their general home care knowledge with us. They were patient and treated us more like family than a customer. Could not ask for a better experience as a first time home buyer.

Very thorough inspection of the house. They looked at and inspected all aspects of a building from a very professional point of view. Dennis and Karl worked great as a team and answered all my questions that I had for them. I would highly recommend them.

It was phenomenal working with Dennis and Karla. They were both patient and able to answer every question for us. We will definitely utilize them for future business.

A-1 Home Inspections did an excellent job with our home inspection. We were able to get an appointment at the last minute even if it was in the afternoon on Christmas Eve. The completed report was emailed to us on Dec 26th so how's that for exceptional service. Dennis and Karla were professional, courteous and very helpful. We expected them to just tell us what was wrong with the home. They shared with us their concerns and gave us really good suggestions on how to keep our home safe and beautiful. Our realtor gave us your name for the inspection and we will be forever grateful to him for that suggestion. Thank you so much for being there for us.

The absolute best. Have the privilege of knowing this wonderful couple back in 2015 just out of college and am now ready to purchase a home so I knew who to call. They are truly after your good, and were able to provide us with such detailed work that they even informed me of shortcuts that were taken in a newly "renovated" home that could cost us plenty in the future. Very detailed, straight forward, fast, and experienced with such a variety of homes. Do yourself a favor and go with Dennis & Karla with A1 Home Inspection Services.

Both Dennis and Karla were amazing! They're both extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We used their services for two inspections and both times they were consistent and so pleasant to work with! They encourage you to know what they're looking at, what it means, and how to improve things. They are honest and straightforward. I will always recommended them to anyone buying a home!

Dennis and Karla were both wonderful company during our home inspection. Both were prepared, professional, and very knowledgeable. They even gave us tips for how we could save money on small cosmetic repairs in the home. They were very thorough and made sure that everything in the house was safe and up to code before we proceeded with purchasing the home and notified us of non-severe issues that may arise in the future and how to fix them. We were treated like family and we will be doing business with them both in the future. We highly recommend their services!

Dennis and Karla were so delightful and thorough through the home inspection process. Not only are they well informed and knowledgeable but they provide great feedback and insight to certain property specifications. They are great and I would definitely recommend.

Dennis and Karla were wonderful! They were fast and incredibly knowledgeable! We called them the night before and they were there the next morning. A+ service and even loved on our dogs! Will 100% recommend them to all of our family and friends!

Dennis does a great job doing full inspections! Phenomenal work and provides great service.

I had an excellent experience working with Dennis & Karla! They were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire inspection process. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered any question we had. The report was comprehensive, easy to understand, and delivered promptly. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to doing a great job. I highly recommend A1 Home Inspections to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled home inspector! They helped us with our current home and helping us with our future home!

Dennis and Karla inspected the home so thoroughly that they made me feel safe and sure about the results. They walked me through every observation and they explained the ‘why’ behind their observations. I asked many questions and got detailed answers along with insights from their lengthy years of experience. They were patient letting me write down my own notes and the reports they provided the next day were in all detail. I am very satisfied with the inspection and their overall service. I recommend them and I would hire them again.
