Not only did they do a fantastic job with the installation, but they also helped me create a list of materials I needed to buy, making sure I had everything in the right quantities and quality. Work Tile, Roger and Leo were a dream team for our recent bathtub conversion to a walk-in shower. They are very responsive and gave excellent recommendations on choosing products. Everyday they cleaned up the work area and the path to the work area. They removed all the old plumbing fixtures and left only the finished new shower. We were really pleased with all aspects of working with these guys. We will definitely use them again.

I recently hired the Work Tile team to renovate several bathrooms over the course of 4 weeks. Work Tile communicated with me on every step of this process from material selection, design suggestions, and was responsive to my numerous requests on design modifications during the remodel. They pay attention to details, are punctual to the work site, and are fast with their tile work. Roger and Leo are wonderful to work with and do such an amazing job. My bathroom went from a very dated 2000 bathroom to a gorgeous updated space thanks to them. My husband & I would highly recommend Roger & Leo with Work Tile company. They were very friendly, even to our dog. They were skilled, cleaned up at the end of each day & punctual. It can be difficult finding people who are trustworthy & do quality work. But they are. Our bathroom remodel turned out beautiful. We are currently waiting to have our shower glass installed. DO NOT USE CERTIFIED PLUMBING. I had to have their shoddy work redone by a competent plumber. They demanded full payment despite not delivering working plumbing. Then, while negotiating, they threatened a lien. Use anyone else. Seriously.

I highly advise, DO NOT hire "CERTIFIED PLUMBING LLC." They have costed us an Excessive amount of MONEY, above and over our new construction contracts with them. We have had to hire seperate plumbing crews to fix their mistakes, and to ultimately take over their contracts. Their delays (months long), and mistakes have costed us a Tremendous amount of time ($Penalties$), and additional money on labor, plus additional materials which had to be re-purchased due to improper install. (Leaking tubsets/drains, faulty shower pans installions, incorrect meter preperations, excessive slab foundation damage due to inaccurate underground work, drywall/tile damage due to repairs, etc.). CERTIFIED PLUMBING LLC. has also decided not to warrant any of their own work that was done. Save money and your projects and find a reputable plumber.

Our Rinnai two-stage condensing tankless water heater suddenly stopped working without showing any error codes. Florida Best Plumbing LLC was the recommended contractor for this type of issue. They got me scheduled for service quickly. Easton and another technician arrived right on time, greeted me with a handshake, and were very friendly. Easton really knew a lot about my specific water heater and took the time to explain everything to me, especially since two-stage condensing models are less common than single-stage ones. Fortunately, the part needed was available at a supply warehouse, so Easton was able to fix the problem right away. I’m definitely keeping their number for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

i've had plumbers come out twice now—once to repair a broken main water line and another time to fix a damaged kitchen drain pipe. curtis and santiago handled the work, and they did an excellent job! they even had to break into the foundation and stucco to get everything fixed. both plumbers were professional, approachable, friendly, and treated the plumbing problems as if they were working on their own home. for any plumbing needs in the future, i’ll definitely use their services again. curtis worked on both jobs, and santiago helped out on one. i highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you might have!

Fantastic! I bought a new home that required extensive plumbing work to de-winterize and inspect the pipe systems. Evidently, there was a bit of a blockage, which led to several taps having extremely low water pressure, some were even completely non-functional. In just about two hours, Walter from Florida Best Plumbing LLC managed to clean all the pipes and fix a couple of leaks. As a result, the water pressure in all taps is now fine, with both hot and cold water flowing smoothly. I also inquired about changing some heating elements and setting up a new bathroom, to which he responded courteously and demonstrated excellent knowledge. All in all, I would certainly hire them again for future plumbing needs.

we lost water in our condo building in orlando, and it was a real hassle, especially with the florida heat. after calling around, we finally got help from isaac, frank, and blake. they showed up late in the afternoon and promised we’d have water before they left. even though it was getting late, they worked hard, fixing all the broken pipes and making sure everyone in the building had running water again. blake made sure everything was done right, and isaac and frank didn’t stop until the job was finished. they truly cared about getting our water restored as quickly as possible. i highly recommend this team for any plumbing repairs—i won’t use anyone else.

florida best plumbing llc is absolutely wonderful! we needed help with a flooded bathroom and laundry room, so we called them. curtis arrived first, and when he saw how tricky the problem was, jerome, blake, and another plumber showed up too. they quickly found the pipe, even though it wasn’t in the usual spot because our home’s plumbing had been changed before we moved in. they did a clean-out and cleared the blockage. even when a storm hit and dumped hail and lots of water on these four plumbers, they kept working until everything was fixed! my wife and i are really impressed by how much they know about plumbing and their strong work ethic. definitely call them for any plumbing or water clean-up jobs you have!

i was really pleased with the service i got from Florida Best Plumbing LLC, from the first quote all the way to the installation. i needed a backwater valve put in. the quote came with a clear list of everything the job would cover, plus steps for what to do after it was done. the office staff, frank and santiago, answered all my questions quickly and gave extra info when i needed it. on installation day, the plumbers showed up right on time and explained what they would do and how long it would take. blake and his crew were professional, knew exactly what they were doing, treated my property with respect, and answered every question i had. they dug up the sewer line, put in the valve, made sure it passed inspection, and filled the hole back in. they also showed me how to check the valve and put it back if needed. after finishing, they cleaned up the work area and even fixed the grass that got flattened. everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. great job!
