DO NOT USE FOR CARPET INSTALLATION. GET SOMEONE ELSE TO INSTALL. Nightmare trying to get carpet installed. I speak to their store representative who tells me they can install by a certain date. They DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. THEY ARE FAST AT TAKING YOUR MONEY. I spoke to the representative on a Wednesday the carpet was measured 2 days after they take my money 3 days after. I waited 4 days and never got a call to schedule installation. I called the store 6 times. 4 times I got hung up on. Spoke to representative who assured me he will follow up. No follow up I had to call again and spoke to a representative who did not care when the carpet installers would call me to schedule. I had to cancel with them and found someone else who would install within 2 days. Representatives spoken to...Amanda, Alex and Joe

Got hit by the tornado on Saturday. Took down some huge chunks of tree and flattened our weathervane and cut the power to the house. Called Brock last night after tree company cleared the debris from the house. He had a crew out first thing this morning, work done and permitted by 2 PM allowing me to schedule Duke to come out same day and restring power to the house. Would definitely recommend.

This electrian is very professional and totally knows his work. I contracted with him in October 2025 and he did everything we agreed to, plus helped me out by adding some items that my other contractor (ceiling refinishing) did NOT do. I physically could not do this additional work that the other company left me hanging with. I would definitely recommend this company.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Technician took his time to work on air conditioning unit. He did an excellent job and finished the job with high quality and precision. The company was a bit pricey but everything seems to have increased recently but once again great service throughout!
