I recently had work with Francois for getting a permit for a job done by unlicensed. I highly recommend Sovanic Inc. He is very professional and responsible. The entire process went smoothly.

I hired Francois Dionisi from Sovanic Inc, as a general contractor to build an accessory garage. I could not recommend a better general contractor than Francois. He was with us every step of the way, and was on top of all the sub contractors. He addressed every one of our concerns and was an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire process.
