Constraction reviews in Orlando, Florida

Ibis Roofing was quick and very professional. They are all about customer service. No hidden fees in their quote. I recomend them highly.

Ibis was extremely responsive to my roofing needs. Rob and his team make a difficult process easy, I have already recommended them to our neighbors!

Incredibly well done in all aspects of the roof job!! I would highly recommend Ibis to anyone needing a quality roof using high grade materials and workmanship in a timely manner…
Incredibly pleased!

Recently used IBIS Contracting to re-roof our home. IBIS Contracting made the process of working with our insurance company easy. The crew that stripped our roof was efficient, clean and did a great job! We couldn't be happier with the entire process and our new roof looks great!

What a great business experience we had working with this company!!! Rob is outstanding in every way possible!!! From start to finish he walked us through the entire process of replacing our roof and dealing with the insurance company. He answered every question we could think of. We would recommend this business to anyone looking for a high quality experience with an honest friendly and knowledgeable person and business. Thank you to Rob and all the time and work you put in to get the job done and done right the first time!!

I am pleased with the quality & customer service support. Workers arrived earlier than expected & completed the roof in a professional manner. They cleaned up the surrounding area after the completion of the roof. I would definitely recommend to families & friends.

Extremely professional work and a job well done. The roof looks amazing and it was done in a great amount of time. Rob and his team went above and beyond with not just the install, but the clean up. Our neighbors also will be using them as they were pleased with the work they saw as well. Highly recommend!

We are extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the roofing contractors that did work on our house. They arrived prepared to give their best and that is exactly what they provided. We did not think that the job would be completed in one day and they proved us wrong. We are thoroughly pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use them again. They will come highly recommended from us without hesitation.

Ibis was very professional and responsive to our needs after a recent hail storm required a complete reroofing of our home. Rob was in contact with us the whole time and dealt with the insurance company to ensure all damages were accounted for. They did a quick job and passed inspections with flying colors.

Rob and IBIS were great to work with. They installed our new roof after Hurricane Ian ,,, his crew did an amazing job, completed the project in 2 days as promised.

IBIS Contracting Owner, Rob Santillana is a True Professional!! Rob's knowledge working with insurance companies is amazing and he kept me informed during the entire process. Rob always returned phone calls and kept me updated with the process. I did receive a roof replacement after 5 months due to Hurricane Ian's wrath. The roofers were polite, hard working and only took 2 days to complete my new shingle roof which looks Fantastic! I will refer IBIS Contacting to my friends and family.
Thank you Rob Santillana and IBIS Contracting Team!

Working with Rob Santillana of Ibis Contracting on our recent roof replacements was the best replacement experience I have had in my 45 years as a building manager. They were thorough, professional, and willing to go the extra distance for excellent customer service.

7 weeks post hurricane Ian and after being informed that Ibis Roofing is a "preferred" contractor for our insurance company we have yet to receive a single proposal for a new roof.
This company and Rob specifically in my opinion dragged his feet to receive information from our insurance company as to how much in compensation we were going to receive.
He was fast to call and tell me exactly what that dollar figure was even though I have absolutely NO contractual agreement with him and ONLY wanted estimates for a new roof.
Amazingly, he informed me that he could put a replacement shingle roof on our residence for exactly what my insurance benefit price is.
I have still not heard from my insurance but he has some insight and contacts that keep him informed.
If this is not illegal it should be.
I would not trust this company at all and never allow them to mediate between yourself and YOUR insurance.
3 days is all the time it took another company to give me a satellite breakdown and 7 proposals for a roof replacement with exact cost sheets.
Contract with this company at your own risk.
This is NOT our first time dealing with hurricane damages. Our other house was hit 18yrs ago by Hurricane Charlie so we know contractors and working with insurance companies. This has been 7 weeks of feet dragging and shady conversations and no more. We would never consider using this company and anyone who does should know and enter into a service with them VERY cautiously.

I worked with Rob. He and his team were great from the beginning. They handled everything from start to finish. His team was punctual and quick. the house looks great and I would recommend Ibis to anyone! 7/24

Thank you so much Rob and team for the great service and the outstanding experience. We are truly satisfied with our roof replacement. The communication was excellent and clear. Thank you again!

I would highly recommend them, they are very professional and did amazing work! The crew that did our roof were quick, proficient, respectful and showed care for our property! We did a visual inspection of the grounds after they completed the work and found no debris the yard was spotless! Thank you to everyone for their amazing work! Contact them for an amazing and affordable roof!

We had our roof replaced by Ibis and are very pleased with the entire experience. They were very accommodating with scheduling and the entire process was smooth and easy. They cleaned up everything to include small marks in the pavers from the dumpster. We were not looking forward to this and were pleasantly surprised at how simple it was. I highly recommend this company.

Strong storm blew through and noticed some shingles in my yard the next morning. Had a friend who recommended him, so contacted him expecting not to hear back for a while due a lot of people who had storm damage.
Rob came by within 2 days and found the issue quickly and checked over the whole roof for me (had concerns about hail damage). Sent me pics while he was on the roof and recommended the needed repair to the affected area. Complete the work same day and looks great (once again sent pics afterwards).

Nice to have an honest roofer who is not out to just make a large sale. Price was very competitive as compared to a similar repair I had done a couple years ago.

Will be looking to this company when it is time for a new roof for sure.

Rob and his crew went above and beyond. Fast process from quote to permit and from setup to completion. Everything was handled professionally and coordinated perfectly. Workers did a fantastic job. Rob and IBIS made this a very easy situation and went above and being, as I was out of town tending to a family issue while the roof was being replaced. Would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them. A+ all around. Thank you

It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. They handled everything seamlessly, including coordinating with our insurance inspector, which made the entire process stress-free. The project was completed quickly and without a hitch. Their efficiency, speed, and attention to cleanliness truly stood out. A special thank you to Rob for his exceptional help, dedication, and hard work. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rob at Ibis Contracting. This company came highly recommended by our insurance company after a terrible hail storm. The workers were respectful of my property and skilled at roofing. I was kept informed throughout the process of when work was scheduled or rescheduled due to weather. I highly recommend this company!
Thanks for a great job everyone!
