Ibis was recommended to me by a very satisfied previous customer of theirs’s. My experience with Ibis from beginning to end was 5 stars. Rob & Marisa facilitated every aspect of my reroof quickly, efficiently and professionally. There was not a single glitch. The roof was started on time and finished all in one day. The crew did good work and left the job site immaculate when they left. I Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Rob from Ibis Contracting. He's professional, friendly, and really knows his stuff. His team does fantastic work, and they make sure you're happy with the outcome. Highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

Ibis contracting performed excellent work to replace my roof. I have a smaller roof, about 16 squares and it was completed in a day. I heard about them through a friend that has worked with Alex who managed my re-roof job.I am firm believer of word of mouth advertising. I would recommend ibis contracting roofs for anybody. Their 5 year labor warrantee is very important to me. I want to thank Alex and Rob for a job well done.

Excellent work, fast and clean, but in addition to the work, their guidance and direction in carrying out the repair and their responsibility from the beginning have been indisputable. Highly recommended.

Ibis is the best choice for roof replacement! They did our family’s very old rental home and the turnaround was very quick, they have expert-level knowledge and were helpful with their recommendations on color choices etc. A truly honest company, straight forward and communicative. Thank you Rob and Alex! 10/10 and five stars for Ibis!

Once it was determined a total roof replacement was needed, the whole process was quickly scheduled and handled professionally by Rob and his team. We were kept informed of what was happening and when. The crew worked hard, they were respectful of the property and clean up was very thorough. We highly recommend Rob and his team if you have the need for a new roof!!

"Exceptional service from Ibis Contracting! We recently had our roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage, and the entire process was seamless. As a meticulous home owner, I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail. They efficiently handled the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels, even accommodating our request for an additional exhaust fan. The collaboration with the gutter company ensured our rain chain was perfect. Highly recommend for their professional service and thorough follow-through."

Thank you Alex and Rob for all your help in getting our roof replaced. After a nightmare experience with insurance company, your team was professional and quick in resolving issues with a great legal team. I had an incredible experience with Rob and his team at ibis. After our roof was damaged in a hurricane, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to even begin with the insurance process. Rob stepped in and guided us through everything. He really knows his stuff and made what could have been a nightmare feel manageable.

Not only did he help with the claim from start to finish, but the work his crew did on our roof was top-notch. They were efficient, respectful of our property, and left everything clean when they finished.

If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Rob and his team. They made a stressful time so much easier and delivered great results.

During the storms, a tree fell on my parents’ home, and so we immediately contacted our insurance company, and they recommended Ibis roofing. The entire experience with Ibis has been fantastic. Various repairs had to be made in a certain order, but from the very start, Ibis contacted me immediately and sent someone out to do the estimate and look at the damage. Then they stayed in constant contact to let me know that they were ready to do the repairs as soon as the other items had been fixed. They even special ordered custom materials since my parents’ roof was older. I have been extremely impressed with their work and their customer service and would highly recommend Ibis roofing to anyone!

Rob and his crew were absolutely amazing. After the hurricane, I had no idea where to start with my roof or the insurance stuff. Rob walked me through the whole process, explained everything, and made it so much less stressful. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing.

The roof looks awesome, and his team got it done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Super professional but also just really easy to work with.

From start to finish the Ibis team was top notch! Rob was thorough and detailed with the scope of work, the team doing the repairs were efficient and treated our property with respect, and Charlotte was an absolute delight to work with closing out the project. Would recommend the Ibis team and will use again!

Rob and his team exceeded my expectations. After speaking with three other roofing companies and having less-than-great experiences, working with Rob was refreshing. He was thorough, empathetic, and consistently communicated in a timely manner. I also had a unique situation, and the team was patient and accommodating throughout the process. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

Excellent company!! Rob and his team exceed anything you could possibly imagine. Rob himself is outstanding. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and always available to answer questions in a very timely manner. The crew was fantastic, they were courteous, polite, neat and their attention to detail was amazing. Rob kept me updated during the process from start to finish. Everything he said happened exactly that way. DEFINITELY would recommend Ibis contracting for your roofing needs! Great person and great company.

Just hung up on me.

Just like everyone is saying, they're bankrupt. Bunch of scammers.
