I’m really impressed with the professionalism of T & M Chimney Cleaning. They did a detailed inspection and cleaning, and the whole process was smooth.

Do not use this company. I was quoted for chimney repair to replace chimney cap, windshield, damper, and patch cracks in stucco for a total of $5000.00. The work began in December, but to date has not been completed. The total amount of $5000.00 was paid in December. The windshield that was part of the quote was not added to the chimney until February. It was installed incorrectly, allowing ash to blow back into the house, and was also left unpainted. They came back to fix the windshield and paint it. The paint is a completely different color than the house. When I pointed this out, they said they would fix it. They never did. Upon further inspection, the chimney cap and windshield do not match the rest of the neighborhood and is against HOA requirements. The initial quote included everything matching and meeting HOA requirements. Furthermore, the stucco cracks they patched look absolutely awful. I have called the company at least 10 times and have been told they will get back to me. I recently attempted to call again, and they have blocked my number. Do not use this company. They are scammers and will take your money and leave the job unfinished.

Very professional service from start to finish. The chimney cleaning was done thoroughly and I appreciated how careful the technician was inside the house. The airflow improved right away and the fireplace burns much cleaner now.
