This company is super professional, and friendly. They responded to my request immediately for service the very next day. Edgardo is very knowledgeable and talented in his work. My shower wasn’t draining, and it took 3 days to complete the work. He was very respectful and professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them.

Edgardo Pelaez Miller was great. He got here, I kinda let him know that I had just woken up because I worked 3rd shift and he got right to work. Notice the problem right away got his tools and within 15 minutes he was done.
The problem was with master bathroom Toilet.

I always dreaded plumbers coming to the house until this one. This is the second time Northwest Plumbing has been to our home - the first was an emergency call the day after Thanksgiving. The service was excellent! Yesterday I had them come to our house for repairs that were still under our builder's warranty. I was so pleased to see the same plumber, Edgardo Pelaez Miller, as had come before. He is so polite, does excellent work and is neater and careful to clean up after he is finished. After our builder's warranty is over my husband and I intend to continue using Northwest Plumbing if we can be assured that Edgardo will be available.

We had a Beautiful New Home that Ryan Homes Built for us. Then we had our Son and his wife visit and use the Shower. The Water soaked the Guest Room with Gallons of water. Now we have to have all these Contractors come to fix the House because their Plumber cut the Copper Pipe the Wrong Length by over an inch so it did not Seal at all into the Fixture and Back flowed into the Wall. Our Daughter in Law thought she did something wrong and was very upset. Ruined our weekend we had planned for months. Now their Plumbers came out and said well we need to send other people who can do this, that will be in a few days. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!

Looking at all the reviews that come up, I'm not surprised to see Edgardo Miller is mentioned in all of them. Had a backup through every tub and shower in the house, and called the builder for support. Being after-hours, it went to after hours dispatch. And hour or so later, Edgardo showed up and went right to work. Spent a few hours clearing the lines, was nothing but courteous and stuck it out through the whole ordeal.

If you need plumbing help, hope NWP is responding amd Edgardo is working. It will make a very unpleasant situation end (relatively, because it's plumbing issues and they are the worst) well.

Edgardo Pelaez Miller did a wonderful and fast job in my home, making sure there was nothing else I needed and helped out with another easy fix, all right before the holidays. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
