My overall experience with this company has been out of this world from beginning To end Jorge was in constant communication with me as how the process was going the timeframe to get the job completed was impeccable. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing projects you may have.

My mom had a leak associated with her water heater. I was referred to Dominion Plumbing by a coworker who said they had a positive experience. I called them & Jorge responded right away. Not only was communication friendly & professional but he also followed through with what he said he would do. He came out the same day to look at the system & stop the leak temporarily. It turns out that the water heater was ok but there was a problem with a pipe/t&p valve which he fixed the next day. He could have taken advantage & charged for more but he is honest & thorough which seems to be harder to find these days. Dominion Plumbing ticks all the boxes you hope for with a company - highly recommended.

George is an excellent professional plumber. He is always prompt, does a complete job quickly, and is truly a delightful conversationalist!!!

I cannot begin to explain what a fantastic job Dominion Plumbing has done at my house. The original toilet was installed wonky, and I wanted to add a shower. Jorge was the epitomy of professional, filing permits and going above and beyond in following all codes and regulations. We passed all inspections with ease. He was able to correct the mistakes made by the previous plumbers and added a large shower with multiple showerheads and a wand. He explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it to put my mind at ease. He was both efficient and a great guy to have in my house. I will 100% call Dominion Plumbing again!

We needed several things taken care of: a leaking expansion tank, leaking washer and dishwasher valve, fridge line repair, dishwasher installation, and a surprise waste disposal repair. Jorge and his partner were very professional and completed our multi-job service quickly and skillfully. Even though our DIY plumbing attempts that he was fixing were probably laughable, Jorge was kind enough not to make fun of me 😄 I highly recommend!

Lumber department is in complete disarray. No available lumber carts. Cedar lumber bins filled with ever type of lumber BUT cedar. You have to pull half the bin out just to get to the cedar at the bottom. Got frustrated and left.

From a delivery standpoint: easy in and out. Team I had the displeasure of working with though assumed many things. Very unprofessional. Very disorganized.

DO NOT USE FOR CARPET INSTALLATION. GET SOMEONE ELSE TO INSTALL. Nightmare trying to get carpet installed. I speak to their store representative who tells me they can install by a certain date. They DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. THEY ARE FAST AT TAKING YOUR MONEY. I spoke to the representative on a Wednesday the carpet was measured 2 days after they take my money 3 days after. I waited 4 days and never got a call to schedule installation. I called the store 6 times. 4 times I got hung up on. Spoke to representative who assured me he will follow up. No follow up I had to call again and spoke to a representative who did not care when the carpet installers would call me to schedule. I had to cancel with them and found someone else who would install within 2 days. Representatives spoken to...Amanda, Alex and Joe
