Arturo and his team did a great job with our kitchen remodel. Ours was pretty extensive and the scope grew a little from the original plan, but he and his team did a great job of working with us for the additional changes.
Like with any construction job there was a few items on the punch list and they came out and finished those up in a timely manner. They made a larger mess than we thought and took a couple extra weeks over the original timeline estimate, but in the end it all worked out well. When knocking down a bearing wall and having to redo some trusses to come up with the correct final look, being a little over schedule is bound to happen. He and his team did an initial cleaning to help out with the additional mess and there were no extra charges for anything other than what my wife and I added after the original contract was signed. He also did a few extra smaller items without charging us any additional money.
I put a level on the my counter tops and everything is right on the money. The tile floor is very smooth and level with straight grout lines. I also kept a close eye on everything from demo to finish and they did a very good job with it.
My only constructive criticism is responding back in a little bit more of a timely manner, but as a home owner we expect right away and that isn't always feasible so we understand, and taking more time for finishing details the first time around. They did come back and touch up and fix everything, but its stuff that could have been right the first time.
The quality of products they used were very good. We have no complaints about that.
The yellow walls with the brown cabinets is how our kitchen was originally configured before the Remart Construction transformation was completed.
Overall, I would recommend them to any of my friends or family for a similar install.

Our home was built in 2000 and we wanted to update the interior to an open kitchen concept. Arturo came to our house and came up with some designs that we were excited about along with reasonable estimates that allowed us to expand the remodel to include additional work that we wanted to have done. He scheduled the work to last 2 weeks and was able to complete the project on time. The communication was very good concerning progress and coordinating the various teams working on different portions (such as tile, electrical, etc.) Arturo and his team were always on time and friendly the entire time they were on the project. Arturo is very good at helping us decide on decisions regarding the work such as picking coordinating paint colors and helping us decide what would look good in our home. We are very pleased with the entire project! We have scheduled additional work to be done in the future and we would recommend Arturo and his team for anyone considering remodel work.

Arturo and his team did a total renovation of our bathroom back in December 2024. The work was excellent and timely, Arturo took care of any issues that were not foreseen swiftly and professionally. A year later and the work has stood up and still looks amazing! Would definitely recommend.

I hired ProTeam Properties to do some interior painting at my house in Orlando, Florida. I met the owner of the company (Keith Smith) at my house. He quoted me a price and I notified him they had won the job, and let the other bidders know I was going with another company. I also met the painter (Ted Buechele) several weeks ago to walk him through the job. I had several phone and text communications with the painter in the time leading up to the work. He had me do a number of things in advance to make their job easier, such as taking down all the blinds and window treatments, moving all the furniture away from the walls, emptying all the closest, etc.

On the day the work was to start, the painter shows up and informs me the price that was quoted was too low and he needed a significant amount of additional money ($5,000-$6,000) beyond what we had agreed on. I told him we had agreed on a price and I was not willing to spend so much more, which by the way was a lot more than the competing bids. He walked off the job and refused to honor our agreement. My house was in total disarray because of all I did to prepare for a painting that didn’t happen.

On the day the painter walked off the job, I posted a negative review of the company and thought that was going to be the end of it. However, the day after I wrote my review of ProTeam Properties, a company representative reached out to me. They informed me that the painter (Ted Buechele) did not have authorization to renegotiate the price of the painting. She offered to have a different crew out the following day to do the painting and they would honor the original price estimate. The company was trying to make things right and I really appreciated their contacting me. Also, the fact that they could get a new team out to do the work so quickly was a big help as it meant that the house would be in disarray for a much shorter time. I accepted their offer and the team lead by Brett and John started the next day. They worked hard for 3 days and did a very good job. Brett came back the 4th day, which was a Saturday, on his own time and spent the better part of a day completing the final touch up work which really made the work shine.

It's not often that a company does something like this to make a bad experience into a good one. Given this, I would recommend ProTeam Properties as they stood by their original price estimate and did an excellent job. My characterization of the company and the owner that I wrote in the first review was incorrect and I’m sorry that I made that conclusion. ProTeam Properties, Keith Smith and Brett and John and their painting crew are good people who will treat you right and do excellent work. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because of the experience with the initial painter.

After realizing that I had no idea where to start with a bathroom remodel, I met with ProTeam staff and began reviewing a structural plan. Marcus came in as my project began, and could not have been more helpful. He guided me through tile choices, vanity referrals and options, lighting ideas, shower reconfigurations, etc. Aside from his knowledge of construction, he went over and above in maintaining open communication. If he said something was going to take place on a certain day and there was a change, I would receive a timely text or call advising me of the change. He would also follow up on any work done on a regular basis, and if not up to his expectations, he would make it right. These things were invaluable to me, and much appreciated!

Amazing experience with Proteam on the renovation of my condo. Due to some commitments and travel we needed to move in our condo by a certain date and Proteam worked diligently to make it happen within 3 months. Complete renovation meaning we took it down to the studs and replaced plumbing electrical and flooring. The owner and management team were always available professional and honest. They answered my emails and texts timely. We both worked to keep lines of communication open so there were no misunderstandings. . The work crews at the condo were timely, polite and attentive to details - cleaning up at end of day. We really enjoyed the process and working with them. I would highly recommend!!

The whole Pro Team team was great to work with, they did a excellent job on our whole house remodel. Always responsive in a timely manner, and really took care to get it right. We are very happy we chose them and would do it again.

Great team to work with and turn our vision into a reality. Communication was always on point and every effort was made to work with changes and challenges. They always had excellent solutions when a problem came up that needed immediate attention. Our point person Mirek was always accessible by phone or text. The entire team who met our design needs both inside and out was top notch.

DO NOT USE CERTIFIED PLUMBING. I had to have their shoddy work redone by a competent plumber. They demanded full payment despite not delivering working plumbing. Then, while negotiating, they threatened a lien. Use anyone else. Seriously.

I highly advise, DO NOT hire "CERTIFIED PLUMBING LLC." They have costed us an Excessive amount of MONEY, above and over our new construction contracts with them. We have had to hire seperate plumbing crews to fix their mistakes, and to ultimately take over their contracts. Their delays (months long), and mistakes have costed us a Tremendous amount of time ($Penalties$), and additional money on labor, plus additional materials which had to be re-purchased due to improper install. (Leaking tubsets/drains, faulty shower pans installions, incorrect meter preperations, excessive slab foundation damage due to inaccurate underground work, drywall/tile damage due to repairs, etc.). CERTIFIED PLUMBING LLC. has also decided not to warrant any of their own work that was done. Save money and your projects and find a reputable plumber.

Our Rinnai two-stage condensing tankless water heater suddenly stopped working without showing any error codes. Florida Best Plumbing LLC was the recommended contractor for this type of issue. They got me scheduled for service quickly. Easton and another technician arrived right on time, greeted me with a handshake, and were very friendly. Easton really knew a lot about my specific water heater and took the time to explain everything to me, especially since two-stage condensing models are less common than single-stage ones. Fortunately, the part needed was available at a supply warehouse, so Easton was able to fix the problem right away. I’m definitely keeping their number for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

i've had plumbers come out twice now—once to repair a broken main water line and another time to fix a damaged kitchen drain pipe. curtis and santiago handled the work, and they did an excellent job! they even had to break into the foundation and stucco to get everything fixed. both plumbers were professional, approachable, friendly, and treated the plumbing problems as if they were working on their own home. for any plumbing needs in the future, i’ll definitely use their services again. curtis worked on both jobs, and santiago helped out on one. i highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you might have!

Fantastic! I bought a new home that required extensive plumbing work to de-winterize and inspect the pipe systems. Evidently, there was a bit of a blockage, which led to several taps having extremely low water pressure, some were even completely non-functional. In just about two hours, Walter from Florida Best Plumbing LLC managed to clean all the pipes and fix a couple of leaks. As a result, the water pressure in all taps is now fine, with both hot and cold water flowing smoothly. I also inquired about changing some heating elements and setting up a new bathroom, to which he responded courteously and demonstrated excellent knowledge. All in all, I would certainly hire them again for future plumbing needs.

Walter from Florida Best Plumbing LLC came to our rescue and it was the best interaction we've ever had with a plumber. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, he identified the plumbing issue we were struggling with. He fixed it in no time at all. we lost water in our condo building in orlando, and it was a real hassle, especially with the florida heat. after calling around, we finally got help from isaac, frank, and blake. they showed up late in the afternoon and promised we’d have water before they left. even though it was getting late, they worked hard, fixing all the broken pipes and making sure everyone in the building had running water again. blake made sure everything was done right, and isaac and frank didn’t stop until the job was finished. they truly cared about getting our water restored as quickly as possible. i highly recommend this team for any plumbing repairs—i won’t use anyone else.
