I have been calling these folks for months to install lightning. Now that I had to wait since they were booked they increased their prices by a factor of 2. They will not honor what they quoted me. Stay away. Not only do they not call, they change their minds.

Absolute crooks an liars, take your products elsewhere to get fixed! Has 2 ovens for over a year, took 3,000.00 for parts and never fixed or returned items. I live 1.5 hrs away, took items in for repair, after looking at them ,I was told cost to fix and I paid for parts over phone with credit card , they would not email receipt or put anything in writing to prove there was a transaction so I cannot make claim thru credit card company .The do not answer phone but do return calls with with lies and unfulfilled promises. These fast ovens are 4500.00 each new !

We left there our mixer by end of June, they charge us the cost of repair and shipping but we still don’t have it, no updates and no news so far. Disappointing.

5 weeks to fix a portable air conditioner. The first time I called “the guy that works on those,” was out sick. When I called back the second time the guy that was originally sick said some one else was out sick. Two weeks later I hear they have to order a part. When I walked in today, after 5 weeks, I could hear a man behind a wall is this dirt shop counseling someone in California about student loan debt. I know he was counseling because he told his part that he wasn’t a salesman but was a counselor. Odd place to do business and not the kind of place I would seek a financial fiduciary. Now I’ll have to see if my AC even works.

Top Notch. Emailed this company as they represent Power Wheels warranty support locally in Florida. They got back to me the next morning via telephone. Mixed up parts from factory for our kids power wheels Jeep. They ordered and directly shipped all the correct parts to us in Tampa Florida within 2 weeks time. Thank you very much

My husband was ripped off with a KitchenAid mixer, i called the company and they told me can’t find model since is labeled as refurbished, I contact Ed and he found the model number and the part that we need, he went above and beyond overnighting the part since we are 4 hours away, excellent service, highly recommend.
