Electrical reviews in Orlando, Florida

If you’re coming here for a Fischer Price issue, don’t. Just tell Fischer Price you won’t drive that far because this man will not return a phone call after a week of hearing nothing. I went through everything with him again today and he says the only choice is to bring it to him, wish he’d just said that a week ago. He has zero accountability to his customers and seeing that he is the local contact for a major company is disappointing to say the least. He eventually hung up on me as I was speaking too much sense into the conversation that it’s disrespectful to give people the run around

as a certified kitchenaid appliance service shop, they exceeded our expectations! highly recommend them as they were awesome. my wife's mixer died after over 20 years of service, so i gave her a new one. On a whim, we sent it to Southern Electric, and they refurbished it for us.
we boxed it up and one day we'll give it to our daughter when she leaves home. she doesn't know, so it will be a great surprise!
thanks Southern Electric !!! -
It took more than five months to get my Kitchenaid mixer repaired. I always had to take the initiative on communication. While I never like giving negative reviews, I'm afraid I have to recommend you look elsewhere if you want your appliance back any time soon.

8 months. 5 phone calls. THEY LOST MY $2000 COFFEE MACHINE. Then when we demanded it be sent back after being charged $300+ dollars. It was filthy and the water tank was shattered! The last phone call was supposedly with "the owner" except it's the same voice we talked to the other 4 times. He said he fired the guy who lost the paperwork on our coffee machine. Then A) how do you know what was wrong with it in the first place and how was it fixed? The answer: it wasn't and it came back disgustingly dirty inside and out. I want my money back and for you to not cause this much frustration to any other customers. Yes, I feel like you took advantage of me. What a jerk thing to do.

I sent my Delonghi Coffee Maker to Southern in early May 2024. I paid $111 for the repair on 5/31/24. It is now closing in on the end of July and I have yet to receive my coffee maker back. I have called MANY times. Each time I am told that it is “on the bench” for final testing and will be called with a tracking number. This has yet to happen.
On 7/23/24 I called YET AGAIN to check on the status of the repair. I was told it would go out on 7/24/24 and I should have it by Friday 7/26. Well, it is Friday, and surprise, no coffee maker. I despair of ever seeing my coffee maker again. I guess I will have to address this with the credit card I used to make the payment.
DO NOT under any circumstances buy a Delonghi Two-In-One Coffee Maker. It stopped working within 16 months, four moths out of warranty. It was $300 originally and over $100 for repair and I am now using a coffee maker I bought at Wal-Mart for $25. -
It’s the second time I need to fix my coffee machine, and it takes at least 10 calls to get to the front desk. When I finally got my coffee machine after two months, it is still not working. It seems that the owner did not do the test run to ensure that the whole machine runs smoothly before sending it back, he even blamed me for not bringing the filter to help him assess the problem. Definitely not recommending this place.

Quoted me 5-7 days to repair, ended up taking 20. Got my KitchenAid "fixed" maybe 2 months ago and it's already broken again. Not worth the time, money, and frustrating for a sub-par "repair"

Excellent repair shop. Not only did the guy fix my 20 year old Kitchenaid mixer, he greased and did some overall maintenance that I've been ignoring. He even found me a spare handle to replace the one that fell off, which isn't sold separately. They also did the job in less than a week!
As far as negatives go, I didn't like them calling me 15 min before closing for the weekend to tell me my mixer was fixed (a heads up would've been nice). Also, prices are a bit steep, but you're getting what you pay for! Finally, attitude leaves more to be desired, but you're not there for the friendly conversation.
These guys do professional work. They are also the only Kitchenaid approved shop in Orlando. -
SCAMMER ALERT! It's been over 4 months, and the machine has not been received. This was prepaid, and we neither have the coffee machine nor our money. Do not do business with this con artist. This review concerns John Chen's De'Longhi Espresso machine.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Warning! We sent our Delonghi Magnifica Espresso Machine for them to see why it was getting hotter than normal on the top of the machine. Note: It was working perfectly other than that. They charged us to look at it which is ok. Then weeks later they called us to tell us it would be $475.00 TG o fix it. We told them not to do the work and to send it back t, which was another $50 bucks. The owner was not happy with our decision. It’s has been three months and we still have not received our espresso machine. This is a scam company. They keep your espresso machines and resell them to make even more money after taking your money and never sending you back your machine. So unethical. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
